Hotel room was clean, great location.
Didn’t have Breakfast didn’t know it was offer. The check in clerk didn’t tell me about anything about the Hotel or what was offer. Nothing about the check-out time and what was in the room. Also the parking was terrible, I had to park across the street and I need handicap parking. The check in person should be more informed about what the hotel offer. I had drove a long distance and was very tired and didn’t think of asking questions.

This hotel is on the campus of Hope College, which is about two blocks south of the main shopping and dining area, a few blocks from the train / bus station, and within walking distance of parks, the riverfront and Windmill Island. One of the nicest features is that the hotel was quiet! No rowdy guests or noisy elevators to deal with. The room I stayed in had two queen-sized beds, a small refrigerator and tiny coffee service. There is an awesome coffee shop just off the lobby that also sells warm food, so late-night snacks or a filling breakfast is within reach if you're not in the mood to leave the premises.
My biggest complaint was that the room was chilly the day I arrived (the outside temperature was only 55 during the day, and dropped to the 40s at night), and I could not change the temperature. I like to be toasty at night and would have appreciated the ability to increase the room temperature a few degrees.

I was greeted at my late arrival by Nolan who was professional yet friendly. The hotel was modern yet cheerful & colorful. The room was nicely organized and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains very effective (I slept until 10:30 & only b/c my son texted me!). Liked the later check-out (noon), otherwise I may not have been able to sleep-in.
I would have liked a complimentary simple breakfast of some hot beverage or juice, muffins and fresh fruit (bananas, oranges or apples), something to get going. However, there was a Bigby coffee shop in the lobby for convenience and the staff recommendations for very nearby restaurants (sit down to order at counter) were very good.

- Staff: incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. (Ivan: you're the best!) - Beds: wonderfully comfy, firm-yet-plush - Location: everything in the downtown area within walking distance. - Parking: convenient, free, closeby (or on premises) - Lobby: Cool roomy, fresh, and naturally lit
For a family of four, there were not enough towels and soaps. Had to ask a multiple times. We were given an "accessible" room: Aside from feeling like someone with mobility needs could have used it, there were no closets or hooks - just a couple of drawers... again, a family of four staying for three nights. NOTE: we could have asked for a different room, but we didn't - who wants to schlep stuff around when you should be out and about.

This is the first hotel we stayed in a while where the amenities in the room were laid out very thoughtfully; convenient access to power outlets, light switches, no complicated shower settings, proper light blocking curtains, convenient thermostat, and ample storage spaces under the bench. The hotel staff were helpful. It is conveniently located to the college, social district, restaurants and the windmill garden. 10/10 experience, will stay again
Nothing really, everything was great.

Loved this place, so while we were there, made another reservation for next Fri& Sat. Was told rate for Fri (which was more than $100 more than we paid for Sunday July 14) but figured weekend rate would be more. There was nothing mentioned about even higher rate for Sat night. I was surprised and disappointed when we got email stating what it was going to cost - on Sat night.

The hotel was perfectly located for walking around downtown Holland. Once we parked in the free parking lot we didn't need the car until we departed. The front desk agent was super helpful and recommended several restaurants within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable. It appeared to have been recently updated.

It’s hard to find something that’s this cute with a boutique charm in Holland. It’s all that and has a great coffee shop by the lobby. We were able to grab a coffee and bagel and off to the shopping Holland is so good for. The parking was so easy and free and we even could use the pass in multiple lots. I will absolutely come back!

The facilities are contemporary, tastefully and well-designed.
I did not like that I received an email a week ahead, telling me my request for a top floor would be fulfilled. However, upon check-in we were given a second floor room with very little view and noise from the room above.

Hillary (front desk)was so so kind, friendly, and helpful! How refreshing in today’s world where everyone seems to have forgotten those things. So appreciated! Keep up the amazing customer/guest care!
The only we didn’t care for was the dark black paint on some walls. It made it very hard to see and appear gloomy.
