Location was very good. It was the first time I've ever had a damage deposit request.

Floors were pretty dirty, and we had to keep our shoes on most of the time. As a smoker, I usually get as far away from AC units as possible. The room smelled like smoke as soon as we opened the door. I believe that it is because there are butt boxes mounted at every entrance, next to the AC units. We did have the deposit returned. It was pretty outdated, but it was a bed and a roof over our heads. The other thing that bothered me was being told what a great deal we got. To me, this is an issue to be discussed with Booking.com, not the customer. Just my opinion, of course.

We really enjoyed the front desk staff. They were so helpful, helping us find different locations and modes of transportation. The odd thing was that our room was never cleaned. We got clean towels and garbage removed. We don't need sheets changed, but it was just strange that it looked the same each day when we returned.

More breakfast choices.

Surprised the bed was rather comfy and room was clean.

Was rather noisy outside at night. Someone playing load music half the night. And the traffic from the coffee shop next door was ridiculous to get in or out. But that's my only dislikes room was good!

Not remarkable from outside but really clean and everything worked inside. Just affordable in an almost unaffordable world for the self- funded traveller.

Definitely a great stay for the price you pay no issues the entire stay basically in the middle of everything and the staff are friendly as can be they talk to you and ask how everything is

I was on my own and checked in after 10pm. The hotel was in what seemed like a very industrial area of the city and I was a little nervous being a middle aged woman staying by myself. The man that checked me in was super friendly and helpful. He pointed out that my room was very close to the office and all the room doors were on a closed circuit surveillance system so he could see if anyone approached my door. That made me feel much better. The room wasn't super fancy, didn't have a bunch of extras, but was clean and smelled nice. I was happy considering the price for basically just needing somewhere to sleep overnight!

Maybe having a coffee pot and coffee pouches in the room? There was a mini fridge, but it wasn't plugged in and I didn't have snacks or need to use it.

personnel were super nice and help, we enjoyed our visit a lot! Room was clean and ready for us.

The room didn’t had a microwave, but there was one readily available at the lobby area.

the staff at this place is great and very helpful! Vindu and the gentleman are really great hosts! thanks for making our stay so good! would definitely come back to this place!

Clean and roomy interior.

The exterior looks like a dump. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice room given the exterior appearance. While being reasonable and comfortable, the price/ value was low. There were probably MANY other hotels in better locations for cheaper. While I would stay again, I wont if there are other options for the same or better price.

Location is amazing, staff is friendly, it was neat and clean, all amenities were in working order (ice maker, microwave etc) What else do u need in such a price?
