Clean, friendly staff, private entrance, all the amenities…price was good comparatively for the location! Not far from many fun, beautiful things to see and do!

Breakfast was subpar, maintenance had a 9-5 window one day where they would be in to replace blinds. The staff was great, we just didn’t care for people coming in and out all day with all of our things there.

Breakfast was nice and the room was exceptional. You need a rubber scrapper (spatula) as a kitchen tool.

That the pool was closed and no discount was given for this. We were really looking forward to using the pool and were very disappointed to find out at check in that it was closed.

The pool was well maintained and a good temperature. The breakfast was delicious.

I didn’t like that they put a hold on the wrong card when I paid with other cards. They didn’t tell me they were going to do that.

Breakfast was simple (egg sausage sandwich, apples, coffee , cold cereal options. All we needed for grab and go.

Nothing not to like! We were pleasantly surprised by everything. The location was convenient to downtown Holland where we were attending a wedding. We had to bring our dog and we had a first floor room with easy access to all of the wide open areas to walk him around the hotel. They supplied doggie Pickup bags. We saw other dogs but never heard any barking etc during the night. Nice staff as well.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and ready.I would recommend this place to others.

It was a little hard to find..it would help to have signs near by.

Under construction so made parking very difficult. No hot tub. Price was over what was quoted.

Great location, close to downtown and freeway access.

Toilet valve must have been worn as the water would refill every few min.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. we stayed through the blizzard and the staff were comforting and helpful in navigation on the way out. I’m a Texan so they were a blessing.

Enjoyed our room size.I like the morning breakfast.They have Tea & Coffee all the time.

Just wish it was easier to find.

Hotel was clean and room was great with all amenities including full size fridge and cooktop! Staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating.

Pool was closed and was not made know prior to booking. Because we came to celebrate my son's 5th birthday, it was a big deal. We were forced to check out early and change hotels. They did comp our night to make up.
