Loved the location. Very Comfortable and in the Heart of downtown!

QUITE EXPENSIVE and they don’t even have free Coffee in the Lobby - let alone Breakfast. Granted, they have personal coffee in the rooms, but if you’re the one up early & y don’t want to wake your spouse- its nice to be able to go to the Lobby & get a cup of coffee. Without going back up to the room to get your wallet.

I wanted to make a memorable new years to start out the new year with my girlfriend and asked the staff to do the rose pedals on the bed and the wine glasses etc etc and the staff knocked it out of the park for me and even went above and beyond our expectations with the towel swans I've never done anything this big for someone so it truly made for a memorable night that I don't think me or my girlfriend will ever forget it was even more memorable that the staff instantly recognized me the moment I checked in and gave me that extra little confidence boost my apologies for not using proper Grammer but I was excited to write this review thank you all again for the best night of my life.

My daughter and granddaughter stayed here == me from Colorado, daughter from Santa Cruz and granddaughter from Toledo area. We were there for a funeral. I booked the hotel online. From the outside it looks like it has always been there -- historic-- but surprise on the inside -- really, really nice.

Yes there was something missing that was surprising-- coffee. Yes we had a Keurig in our room BUT that is not like real coffee. There was a cart set up in the lobby with breakfastie things for sale but nothing free.

The location. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was very helpful with our questions and our requests.

No tea in the room. Needs an instapot and tea. Maybe these could be made available on request.

Went shopping and had several good beers and food around town. Outdoor hot tub was very special.

Nothing to mention, I would suggest a larger pool towel for older adults, maybe suggest front desk monitor. Towels in Muskegon Delta Marriott are much nicer and is commented by my wife.

The location right in town is amazing. Just walk out the door to dining & shopping. The hotel is beautiful with a huge lobby & cafe with Starbucks. Our room was comfy & we enjoyed the little balcony. This was our second stay & we will return.

I loved the location, so close to shops, places to eat & walking distance to parks. The town of Holland was so beautifully dotted everywhere with 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷making our stay even more enjoyable! It was a perfect visit for our #7 Mother/ Daughter trip!!

The staff was very efficient and friendly. We traveled by bike and the hotel allowed us to keep the bikes in our room. Also, they allow us to check in early.

Everything was good. We plan to return to the hotel next year.

Loved the location of the hotel. We walked to shop & eat & the few places we drove to were really close. The Hotel was spotless & beautiful. The room was large & comfy & we enjoyed the balcony too.
