Breakfast had a great variety of items but it was missing the scramble eggs or any eggs. You have to keep asking the receptionist to refill empty items. The stay was good, a very quiet place, located near restaurants and stores

I found it a little inconvenient that it didn't have elevator or at least I didn't find it. But overall it was good.

It was nice

Came into the room and heard the water running, The bathroom toilet kept running. Had to open up the top to stop it so it could fill for the flush. Told the clerk at the front desk, but no one came or said that it would be taken care of. The major complaint is that in our room you could not close the drapes, they are meant to stay open. Early morning the sun comes in and whether you want to or not you can't go back to sleep.

It was better the 2nd day than the first. A different person took care of the breakfast each day. 2nd day more to choose from

My friend wanted to have clean towels each day. We did get another set by asking at the desk.

Room smelled very stale. Splatters on bed skirts and window valance. Huge water damage area on ceiling. Had just finished unpacking and were getting ready to shower and noticed used bar of soap in a dirty shower. Called front desk and they found us a new room but had to move up to second floor but at least it was clean and didn't smell weird. Breakfast the next morning was pitiful.

My husband and I stayed in room 130. The room seemed clean without musty odor. I was surprised, because you could see where a bad leak had been on the ceiling. The breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage and cheese burritos, usual carbs, juices, coffee, cereal and oatmeal.

The ceiling needed repainted. The tub dripped all night. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and in the closet.

When we first checked in the room we got smelled musty and the refrigerator didn’t work. The staff was nice and got us into a different room across the hall with a working refrigerator and the room was clean and smelled nice.

In their description it said there was a pool but when we got there the pool was not open. That was the one thing why we picked that location.

Good location. Good food but low on supplies.

Breakfast ended at 9:00. Better if at 10:00. Very short staffed. Had to empty our waste baskets and place outside door. No heat in bathroom! Asked for a heater and one found and brought to room.

Hotel was very clean, coffee was available all day, breakfast offering wasn't big but enough to fill you up. The waffles that I made every morning were DELICIOUS! The different people that I interacted with at different times were accomodating and very helpful. I got more than I expected based on the price that I paid for every night. Pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable beds and great pillows.

I shouldn't mention this because there was coffee available all dsy in the lobby... but the coffee maker in the room was very duty, it had accumulated dirt inside. ( room 139) other than that It was a great experience for a very low rate.

Everything and the desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thanks for helping to assist my stay to be safe, pleasant and comfortable 😊

Couldn't the coffee and hot water containers be kept going through the day? Plus the wall under the window was unfinished?
