The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Our tv wasn't working and she came to fix it because the maintenance person was gone for the day. She didn't want us to have to pack up everything and move to a different room.

we were unable to get on of the rooms with a microwave and mini fridge, but that was probably due to use checking in after 5 pm.

Staff was great, always laughing and friendly. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Lots of great fast food within 1/2 mile: Panda Express, Jimmy John's. 2 2 restaurants within 1 block. Close to expressway to get around town quickly.

They are getting ready to renovate the property. There was a small tear in the beautiful carpet, smoke alarm was not properly attached.

The staff and everything was courteous

Only issue I have was that there was the air conditioner was leaking to the carpet that's the only issue I had and otherwise everything else was pretty good

Service was great there the staff was so accommodating the managers were really nice and helped me when my husband had a stroke at the hotel. I really appreciate everything they did for us they were so nice. Christie and Tonya and Ally

The hospitality was great, facility was clean, quiet, the room was nice and clean and they had breakfast that was a plus.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent. Although on the first floor, my room was very quiet.

Curb appeal could use some improvements. Coffee and tea availability in the room would be bonus.

It was a comfortable atmosphere loved loved loved the jet tub!!!! It was an amazing night away from home the lady that checked me in was very nice and polite

The lady or guy after 10pm was rude n very unhelpful my tv wouldn’t work n she didn’t even try to help me or my situation then had the nerve to tell me her Wi-Fi wasn’t working ok u get paid to work here this is ur job I’m a paying guest n couldn’t even watch tv

Complimentary breakfast

Housekeeping did not bring clean towels after 2nd day visit and did not empty trash. If you are not going to clean the room; at least bring clean towels and empty the trash.
