The location of this property is great. The lake views and walking trail directly across the street was a welcome surprise. Additionally, the property shares a parking lot with a Big Boy restaurant that serves a delicious breakfast.

The only problem (minor inconvenience) was that our key cards stopped working after the first night, despite staying for two nights. A short walk to the front desk solved this problem without any issues.

Convenient & clean. The staff was super friendly and the 🍿 popcorn machine was awesome. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee was excellent. The hotel is well loved and if you are persnickety you may complain about the not quite modern accommodations. However, this place IS clean and safe!

The sink did not drain well, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The comfortable beds and Keurig coffee maker more than made up for the sink. It did drain after about 20 mins.

Breakfast is great. Our Family has thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Gym is great. I used it for one day and it's so clean. The rooms are pretty clean and very spacious. I recommend this hotel. Very next to the lake.

The internet was not there at the counter, a small argument with the staff when they asked to fill our credit card details on a paper. I thought they can handle this better. Other than that, no issues with the staff and they are very helpful.

The breakfast was fantastic! There was no yogurt or hard boiled eggs Sunday and Monday mornings. We did not notice that the breakfast on Tuesday ended at 9 AM instead of 10 AM. We entered at 9:20 and the staff was good enough to give us some of the leftover from the back and it was very appreciated. The room was really spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom was updated and the water pressure was great. Our view of lake Michigan could not have been more beautiful. The staff was very friendly and receptive. I have to commend the late night staff. Is I left my phone at the popcorn machine and they retrieved it immediately and brought it to my room.

It was a great stay. There was a noise issue very early Monday morning(5:25 am approx) - it was handled by the staff, but it took 45 minutes.

Clean room. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had recently been updated. The staff was very friendly. They had fresh popcorn in the lobby.

We had to open a window to air out the room as it had a musty smell. The room was right by the entrance door, so we could hear everyone coming and going, and the door would slam shut.

The cleanliness was very good. The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful and courteous. Location was excellent right across the shore of Lake Michigan with easy access to a boardwalk along the lake.

TV didn't work all I could get was the Weather Channel but it's ok I wasn't there for to watch tv.

The hotel was incredibly clean and I saw several of the staff washing windows on the back entrance and knew if someone was paying attention to little details the big things were also being taken care of very well too!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hearty with hot eggs, sausage, fruit and cereal. We enjoyed having coffee available at all times.

The only thing I would like to see is a way to close the heavy curtains all the way. We wanted to go to bed early, but it was hard to sleep because it was so light.

The location right across from the boardwalk was perfect and even the ambiance of when you walk in and the breeze flowing through the window from the lake wad wonderful.

The breakfast the sausage wasn't that great and the options weren't that great but otherwise it was good and I would say again.

Perfect location, access to the boardwalk along the lake just across the street. Staff very courteous and responsive to needs. The heating unit was not working in our assigned room. The problem was given immediate attention. It could not be fixed so we were relocated to another room. Fresh popped popcorn was a pleasant treat.

All was well, no problems.
