Breakfast was delicious!! Lots of variety!!! Pool/hot tub - my kids loved!!!

No elevator - I tore my meniscus and we were on the 2nd floor. I should have told the desk but it happeend after I made the reservations. Also, my reservations were for a king bed suite and I received 2 queen beds. It worked out fine but took me by surprise. I'd also suggest having an ice machine on the 2nd level. I'm not lazy, I just had an ailment that kept me from going up & down the steps.

Great rate for a clean, conveniently located hotel.

Entrance wasn’t overly clear as you drive in (tired and rainy weather probably didn’t help). There are sliding doors at what I figured was the main entrance but there’s also a middle entrance with a slight overhang so at first it wasn’t clear. Could have a welcome sign or special planters to set it apart.

The breakfast was okay. Nice that it’s warm and a variety. Would be nicer to have real bacon strips instead of crumbles. Not a sausage person but that kind was good.

We were each locked out of our room and had to get another ‘key’. The shower was great but the floor way too slippery when the soap washes off onto the floor! I put a towel down so we wouldn’t slip! Temp. control unit is loud and disturbs sleep, so turned it off our second night to sleep better.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Facility is clean and well maintained. pool and hot tub were much appreciated.

The bed mattress in the room we were in was not the best quality.

As anticipated, the hotel, facilities, reception, breakfast, and pool were very good. On a cold winter's night, 90-degree water, in a very clean environment, was welcome. The hot tub was out of service for repairs and the staff was empathetically apologetic.

The room we had, which was supposed to have been 'special' (room 202), was spacious. Unfortunately, the refrigerator cycled more noisily than the heating-cooling system. We did not mind the quiet regularity of the heating unit, but the refrigerator hummed, clunked, knocked and disturbed our sleep all night long, every 35-40 minutes. Had we stayed more than the one night, we'd absolutely have asked for another room. I do hope the fridge is replaced or repaired.

They had a welcoming lobby with Christmas decor and decorated cookies. Games were available to borrow in a cozy area but on the second floor. The pool area was comfortable and clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Country Inn. It is aesthetically pleasing, a great breakfast, and a very nice suite!! Your friendly staff, business services, and great location make this place a Stand Out.

Breakfast excellent. TV channels were good choices. Pool area and hot tub were clean.

Making the left-hand turn out of the parking lot was tricky. The on coming traffic from the right was hard to see.

I liked how the bed was clean and neat when we got there, and how the remote was in a clean packaging, staff was super friendly and chill and I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure as a great place to be at. Excellent service from staff we did not wait around for more than 30 seconds before staff came and talked to us. Very patient and great people.

I travel fairly often to go on hiking trips, and sometimes for work. I found myself needing a place to spend the night and wound up here I was expecting a decent room with a good location. What I got, far exceeded my expactations. Seriously, my stay and interactions I had with the satff was fantastic and has set the bar very high for any other hotel I stay at. Upon checking in I was greeted by Jennfier who, simply put, has an amazing personality and made the check in process much more than a "payment please, here's your room". It felt like I was talking to a friend I hadn't seen for awhile. Just a fun check-in process. The room was outstanding. I like to peak at the little things when I first get into a room and there was nothing out of place, or missed. Everything was spotless. Towels were soft, Room was spacious. Just a really comfortable room. Brekfast, let's not forget about breakfast. The amount of choices were spectacular. From hot to cold, fresh fruit, etc they had it all. No way you could leave here hungry. A great start to a new day. The location of this hotel is perfect as well. A gas station right next door, and several places to eat within a 5 minute (or less) drive. It was the perfect location for me and what I needed. I hope to be in this area again so I can stay here, I enjoyed it that much.

The only thing I'd say I didn't like was the bed was a little too hard for my personal taste. but, that's really subjective. I'm a 'the softer the better' for a bed. Other than that zero complaints.
