The location was wonderful, with multiple bar/restaurants within walking distance. The staff was great, especially Shirley our hostess during our continental breakfast. Shirley is a wonderful asset to this hotel, and it's obvious she enjoys making others happy. The hotel was super clean and I always appreciate that! Overall a great place to stay.

The pillows were alittle on the crunchy side. That's all I got!😉

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub area. Nice bathrooms and shower out there. Along with nice seating.

The light when you first walk into the room. You need to leave your door key in this little slot for the light to stay on. I was just confused about this. We used the lamps in the room. Also, we had joining rooms with family. But the doors are so heavy and dont stay open.

Location near the lake and dining places.

My room reservation said king bed and sofa bed. I only had the king bed. I didn't need it. When I asked about it, I just got a funny look. I showed my booking and she still didn't know what to say. The cost was the same when I booked but my cancelation was 2 days earlier if I needed to.

The location was very good for our purposes; we were traveling from Fargo to MSP and it was an interesting place to see on the way. The breakfast was very good and having ice water readily available in the lobby is always welcome when traveling. Having shops nearby and the Lakeside Inn for dinner were very nice.

The beds were super comfy! There is a very small pool, so opted of of swimming which wasn’t a big deal. Kind staff and very clean Rooms! The breakfast was also pretty good,

More fresh fruit options. Only had bananas and small tangerines.

Nothing, cost could be a bit lower for off season stays. The cost is understandable for summer time
