Ordered pizza @ restaurant .. the worst we've ever eaten .. no flavor in the sauce, slim toppings @ $2/a piece .. Extremely disappointed .. service was marginal at best .. would not recommend We not knowing booked our stay on another booking site .. the hotel website had a cheaper rate, but the hotel would not budge on what we paid .. lesson learned, but so disappointing

The staff person working when we checked in, immediately helped us even though she was busy with something else. She greeted us warmly and got us checked in promptly. The breakfast was good, the coffee was great.

There were a couple of stains on the carpeting. It may have been shampooed, and this may have been something that wouldn't come off, because the carpet did feel damp, but it was also over 90 degrees out and extremely humid.

LOVED the hot tub and pool area! Bar/food right next door. Breakfast was great- proteins and cottage cheese- tons of options! . Coffee was good too. Slept like a baby- bed was perfect. My room was huge! Loved the extra room to chill and eat dinner- not in the bed...

My desk was filthy- not even touched. Carpet needed a good cleaning. I was ok, but someone else might have flipped.

Breakfast was phenomenal! The room was recently remodeled and it was beautiful. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a new bed and to get the Jets fixed in the hot tub in the room

It is connected to an event and entertainment center ( where I got married). I stayed there for my 3rd anniversary and enjoyed the entertainment center and The hot tub in my room and my husband enjoyed the 2nd tv in the separate area of our hotel room while I slept in.

I thought the king size bed was uncomfortable, however my husband was fine with it.

They helped us so much. Firstly, beautiful, safe, clean!!! Worth the money. Reception guy let us stay an extra hour in the room for calls and delayed packing due to family emergency (ICU), he was kind and so helpful. We will return.

Nothing. Honestly. Breakfast, coffee, atmosphere. Maybe less televisions in publis space will be good.

The hotel is clean and update decor. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fresh paint and well kept furniture. The bathrooms have clean toilet and tubs and sinks were updated fixtures. The breakfast was good and the food was simple yet tasty.

I changed my room because it smelled like the carpet was cleaned and needed time to dry. It was like chemicals or mildew from the wet carpet. However the front desk changed it with no problem and also allow me to inspect the next room to assure our satisfaction.

Wanted to soak so chose a room with a sauna bath. The water was hot and enjoyable and the room large and comfortable. The room is well set up and I had to wait for my partner as her train was late so I utilized the WiFi and my laptop and the hotel WiFi was solid which I often don't expect from a hotel.

Two small issues: 1. the water is overly softened to the point it triggered my partner's eczema. 2. whatever they use for cleaning must do an excellent job, but leaves a strong smell. the window being opened helped but every time we returned to the room it was noticeable.

When u work in customer service. Its important to have the right people working. First impressions are very important. With that said staff. Should greet guest with a smile not look like their annoyed and act as if its an issue. When u ask questions or need something its. Great hotel but when it comes to interactions with multiple staff something needs to change. With the exception of a lady working the nights she was very sweet and helpful and helpful if i knew her name i would call and tell her manger that she should be promoted.

THE KIDS AND I ENJOYED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. THE BOWLING ALLEY AND RESTARANT WERE AMAZING !!! GREAT STAFF VERY CLEAN!! WOULD DEFINTLY RETURN VERY SOON!!!! EVERYTHING IS CONVENTLY LOCATED INSIDE THE HOTEL AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!
