The breakfast was great many options to choose from plenty of fresh fruit and it was kept up. The pool was great we enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was great and was located by things we were doing. Loved the paper on Sunday! The staff was very nice and made our stay great. Thank you!

There is not much I can complain about our stay it was really nice but maybe extend the breakfast hours and have coffee and cookies in the Lobby for the people who are staying at the hotel as a treat.

The bed headboards, top of pictures above mirrors and higher ledges were covered with alot of dust like it has never been whipped down or cleaned, the safe was broken in my room, there were stains on pillow case and top comforter and when I tried to book online I was told I was to have a $200 deposit ontop $186 (the price of room )once I got there in person my room was actually only $109+tax and I was only asked asked for a deposit of $50. Huge difference and when told I didn't have that kind of money he literally laughed on the phone when I said that

The breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We Loved the blackout curtains & both soft & firm pillows on the bed.

The pool was tiny, and there wasn't a hot tub. Our bathroom was very small, so there wasn't a lot of space for getting out of the shower. The renovations going on made it smell very strongly of chemical/glue they were using to install carpet. It wasn't very inviting, but made sense why it smelled. (Luckily, no smell in our room)

It was a lovely room with good beds, easy access to the to our car and bringing our luggage in. I had asked for a handicap room and this room had a tub, making it difficult to get my husband in for a shower. However with the grab bars he was able to get cleaned up. Good breakfast.

We came in with a long trailer and the signs in the parking lot all said no trailers/semi's. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and let us take up an entire row of parking spots out of the way so we could stay the night. The breakfast was hot and fresh and all of the staff we talked to was very courteous. I'd definitely stay there again.

I generally stay at Holiday Inn Express when travelling. Never had a bad experience. The only problem this trip was all the construction around Holiday Inn. My maps put me in a loop & it put ne into an almost never ending loop going nowhere. Now it's just another funny travel story.

I love that you can’t hear other people on your floor, it felt like we had the whole floor to ourselves because of how quiet it was. Breakfast was exceptional!

The free breakfast was good for a value hotel, with hot and cold options. Room was new and comfortable. Staff was quick and helpful.

Location was odd - in an office park, bad view. Very short drive to Rosedale Center shopping, bot not close to Minneapolis center city..

Breakfast was exceptionally good with many choices! Parking was always available. Beds we're very comfy. Staff were kind, considerate & went out of their way to be helpful.

I didn't really care for the large sized long pillows, but that is just a personal preference.
