The staff was phenomenal, the rooms were huge, breakfast was included each morning, beds were extremely comfortable, location was perfect and close to everything. Bathroom was a good decent size, there were plenty of towels, wash cloths etc.. This was my first time staying at one of their hotels and I now will add this to my list of where to book my clients as a travel agent. I give them a 10/10! Close to US Bank Stadium, The mall of America, The airport, University of Minnesota etc.

Small parking lot and fees.

The building has a good interior design and the lobby is comfortable with design sofa. The room is spotless and so comfy. The rooftop is well designed but windy.

The desk was closed when I arrived and still always closed, for the check-in and the check-out guests have to go to the desk of hampton Inn in the same building. The kitchenette isn't pratical because it doesn't have a stove and no pan. It's impossible to cook any meal.

I wish there was more signage to indicate that the building is 2 hotels in 1. I inadvertently took the wrong elevator and could not find my room number after walking an entire hallway in the wrong side of the building. This could have been avoided if I was told which elevator to use and if there were more signs.

Breakfast was very good and the man that was assisting in the eating area was great.

We booked our first night at just over $200, then in the morning we realized we would need one more night. I went to the reception desk and asked for one more night which I assumed would be for relatively the same price, and I didn't think to ask for the price and they never told me the price until a received my receipt in the morning for $466 dollars. How can the price double over night with no warning?

Loved the variety of breakfast options!

WiFi went down for the last two days we were there and I needed it for my work trip. On a lesser note, I was hoping the rooftop bar/dining was open more than three nights of the week since it didn’t overlap with my trip at all.

On-site covered and garage parking available, good options for a variety of breakfast on-site, semi-speedy elevators, and Metro access.

The king bed could be more comfortable, if you like a harder mattress this is an excellent choice. The rooms are not well insulated, and sounds travel from adjoining rooms.

We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar! In general, this hotel is a great place to stay and we would stay here again.

There seemed to be a shortage of staff. We checked in at the neighboring hotel. But that seems to be the case everywhere and didn't affect our stay at all.

We had an amazing time. Hotel was close to everything downtown. Me and my partner was recently there for the Beyonce concert. The hotel was so close to the stadium, we walked there and back (about 3 minutes). Was so lucky we booked this location and for a great price. At the bar, the food and drinks were delicious. the rooftop lounge and bar was also a wonderful sight. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Just an excellent experience and great customer service by the staff. Worth every penny!!!

The staff willing to help. Abigail the floor manager was super helpful and always attentive..really went the extra mile to help. I loved the restaurant staff always trying to please.

The waste with disposable plates and breakfast stuff. The quality of fruits for breakfast and only 1 milk and yogurt. I disliked that we had a microwave but no spoon in the room and they rarely refilled my tea.

The room was very clean, beds very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and hot each morning. The staff was nice as well.

The key card wasn't always working smoothly, you had to scan the card in the elevator before choosing the floor you want, this didn't always work and it was hard when I had things in my hand to keep trying to get it to work. It worked fine at my room door though.
