The location was awesome. The hotel restaurant seemed to be “the place to be” on the weekends. One night they had dueling pianos with audience participation and the guys were amazing. So much fun. The room was super comfortable and the air conditioning kept up with our Texas Heat needs - we were even chilly some mornings. The bar drinks were awesome as well, along with bar staff. I would highly recommend this place. A++++++ We will definitely be back again!

Absolutely nothing.

The property is incredible. From location to food to the high ceilings in the rooms themselves. I was so impressed that I will be looking up other Canopy by Hilton locations.

The staff didn’t seem to have any clue what was going on. The check in man mentioned a $50 build in credit but didn’t state it did not roll over. The restaurant hostess/manager told us they were no longer serving food but when the waiter came over we were able to order. No one was on the same page but everything else truly did outweigh the miscommunications.

Beautiful hotel in Mill District. Location was perfect. Room was generously sized (two queen beds, interior view, 6th floor) and quiet. The on-site gym lacks yoga blocks and resistance bands, but hotel gyms are never great. We wished for a pool and a laundry room (found a great laundromat about 2 miles away, but would have preferred to do our laundry on-site).

The fact that no where does it say that the hot tub deck is an additional 40.oo and not connected to hotel big big let down. This needs to be mentioned and it wasn't. Then the guest services guy wasn't very nice. So won't be staying here again.

Everywhere we wanted to go was very close to the Hotel. My sons and I liked the fact that it was walking distance to US BANK STADIUM with no worry of finding a parking spot to attend a Vikings Game. Also when we arrived in Minneapolis the Hotel was very easy to find.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Very nice and cozy hotel inside. The architecture and decor are top notch. Comfortable, beautiful and very cozy room, quiet, with a large safe and good Wi-Fi. The shower door closes and makes it impossible to wet the bathroom floor. The shelf where the coffee and tea kit is, and the minibar, is very beautiful, with a complete kit, with good options. At the reception, a bar with high quality music, at a volume and time suitable for a hotel. Basic gym OK. Attentive and efficient staff. Excellent lodging option in Minneapolis. If I could give a score greater than 10, I would.

Everything was so beautiful, clean and cozy. Friendly staff helped with all our questions and the location was so simple to arrive to. Considering it was in the city, we had a very quiet sleep. The bar had great service, i wished we had tried the food! I would 100% stay again.

Room was unique and very clean. Great view of US bank Stadium. Perfect location for a Vikings game weekend. Staff were excellent, very friendly.

The value of the hotel is what we expected given the quality and location of the hotel. We were not looking for the cheapest stay. You get what you pay for and we paid for it.

Coffee service in the hotel lobby would have been greatly appreciated. Other hotels with Hilton offer this for their guests coming and going the hotel, which would have really been nice coming back from the cold outdoors.

We loved the decor! Also, the location was perfect for access to downtown and using the light rail. We didn’t use Uber not one time because the train was literally a block away. Going forward, we will stay here when visiting Minneapolis!
