Staff was so nice and accommodating! Hotel was quiet, clean, attached restaurant was good (ate there 2x) the rooms were clean and comfortable and overall very nice, roomy bathrooms with large all tiled shower and housekeeping was very attentive and friendly. Easy walk to convention center, metro rail and Nicollet Mall for Dining!

I wish it had a market/store for last minute needs, we were there for a volleyball tournament and needed late/early morning food. The 2 cabinet selections don't offer enough and we had to order food delivery, which is fine, but would be more convenient to be able to go grab something more substantial from a marketplace type amenity store. Still, I will stay here again because this tiny wish means nothing compared to the overall great experience we had at this hotel.

I absolutely loved the whole experience! From the moment I stepped out of my Uber with my bags, I was greeted by Jerome who helped me with my bags and showed me around. Then, at check in, I was offered a complimentary root beer which was delicious! When I got to my room I opened a hand written note welcoming me to the hotel and Minneapolis. I even opened the fridge to find a plate of gorgeous fruit! I love that you have mild with the tea/ coffee machine as so many other places I have stayed don't have this. Then every day my room was made up I found two chocolates on my bed! The staff couldn't have been friendlier and I felt my whole experience I was constantly surprised and delighted! What an absolutely fantastic experience! I will be staying with The Marriott across the Globe going forwards!

Absolutely loved! The hotel is exquisite. Upon check-in, I believe the lady's name was Lindsey (POC; neck tattoo); she was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. She explained the check-in procedures and offered us complimentary beer. The receptionist was an absolute pleasure; very professional and informative. She let us know where our room was located as well. The room was very large and comfortable. We had a full view of the downtown area. We absolutely loved the spa bath in the suite; it was a nice touch. For breakfast, we decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, and I'm super glad we did! The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend.

The location; it was on the edge of Minneapolis. It would've been nice to have been in the center of Minneapolis with a higher view. The hotel only had 7-8 floors. It would've been nice to have been on the 10th or 12th floor.

The hotel and room were beautiful, clean and well appointed. We felt fancy, especially at this price point!

The parking in the area is not great. The attendant at the lot across the street actually discouraged us from parking overnight-said they have had break ins. We parked in a garage diagonally across the street which felt a little safer but was filthy.

Our room was very nice, and staff was so friendly despite the fact that they were slammed by concert attendees. Your management team stepped in to help staff and it really showed leadership. Well done!

breakfast was really disappointing`, we would never have breakfast there again. The waffle i ordered tasted like an eggo out of a box.

The room was not overly large but had adequate space for a king bed. It was very quiet, very clean and the staff were excellent.

The mattress was extremely soft and obviously old. After one night, we informed the front desk and immediately they had the mattress replaced with a new one. Excellent service!

Clean and well maintained property. The staff was very very nice and responsive. If you need a stylish, clean, quiet space it’s god for that. But there aren’t any bells and whistles.

No real amenities. The parking was very expensive. There’s very little nearby in terms of restaurants so you are reliant on the hotel restaurant which is okay but nothing great, and expensive.

The Easter brunch with Chef Matthew Plummer was excellent. Also, the lady bartender on the early Friday shift on 4/18/2025 was also very friendly, and she made a GOOD drink for a weary traveler!

I wish that the bar stayed open longer.

Overall the hotel was nice and staff was great.

There was random smoke that filled the hall and got into the room. I called the front desk who said someone was checking it out but didn’t hear more about it.

Prime location to get to the convention center. Very cozy interior and room.

We always like having a bigger refrigerator to put our waters/thermoses in & a hot tub for our sore muscles after tournaments so those would've made it even better than it already was. But no complaints!
