The Residence inn located downtown Minneapolis is very clean facility, offered well stocked breakfast and staff at the desk were helpful and very knowledgeable. Located to many restaurants. Security in the hotel made us feel very comfortable.

someone should of been on the air conditioning in the lobby. with weather conditions at 100plus degrees out it was very hot and stuffy in lobby and breakfast area. Thermostat in lobby read 85.

The staff was very friendly. I was able to check in early. Check out was a breeze. The morning coffee was piping hot. The fresh fruit was excellent. I needed walking directions, and the front desk staff was patient and helpful.

The hot water in the shower took a little while to come up. Not a big issue...I let the front desk employee know and I'm sure she was going to have it addressed

Great front desk people and service. Nice breakfast. Good snack choices. Excellent location. When we had an electrical issue within our room, the staff dealt with a relocation quickly and management said they would compensate us for the inconvenience caused that day.

I felt the staff was stretched pretty thin, being expected to be responsible for several roles at the same time. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable, but it's a sofa bed. :)

Staff and room was great. It was super comfortable and was nice to rest after a day hanging around the city.

Breakfast was just OK, very simple. The worst part wasn't the hotel itself, but city downtown had a lot of drug addicted around and didn't feel safe during the night.

Easy access to restaurants, the convention center, Target, kitchen amenities in the room and skyway. Loved how quiet the hotel was. The property was clean and spacious as well. Loved the two bed/two bath room for 3 of us.

The noise from the dishwasher. But we only ran it went we were checking out so no big deal.

The central situation of the hotel was in an area where the unfortunate "street people congregated. Whilst not directly threatened, one fellt uncomfortable enough to cross the road when approaching a group. There was also a persistent urine smell around the hotel sidewalk.

Great location. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, hard boiled eggs, cereal, bread options, cups of oatmeal. lots of toppings. apple or orange juice. milks. very clean from what i can tell. room was so nice. quiet. there is a door that connects to a parking garage so you don't have to walk on the street.

our stay was positive. not very man channels on the tv. can use streaming sites if you have a subscription (i don't). that is my only complaint. lack of tv channels. as you don't usually spend all day in a hotel room that is not a deal breaker. would definitely stay again.

Great rooms , fridge and small kitchen was wonderful since there is no restaurant in hotel , quiet and close to rail and ballpark close walk to some great restaurants. Very secure .

Very spacious room. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was amazing! Every girl will understand when I say the water was hotter than needed and good water pressure. Cheapest place near our venue, was surprised it was so nice for the comparative prices.

Not much. There was a single hair in the bed that wasn't ours. But you will find that when you're sleeping in someone else's bed. They partner with the parking garage attached and you have to pay $23/night.

The breakfast was great. Anytime I had a question the staff was ready to help and printed directions also.

For the breakfast every day was same eggs and sausage. Would’ve been nice to switch a little maybe potatoes or hash browns than sausage every day. French toast is easy make.
