We absolutely loved our stay at The Four Seasons Minneapolis! From the time we walked in (and being handed a glass of champagne) to checkout, our experience was fantastic!! The staff was so helpful and friendly. We stayed for our anniversary and were greeted with a chilled bottle of champagne and a wonderful welcome note from the concierge, nice touch! We spent a lot of time poolside lounging as it was a beautiful weekend in Minneapolis, the pool staff was sooooo nice and attentive! Can't wait to visit again, from San Diego, and stay at this fabulous property. And the food... SO delicious. We loved Mara for drinks and dinner, the poolside food and drinks were yummy too! Thanks, Four Seasons, Minneapolis!

Everything was FABULOUS! Zero complaints!

The place was gorgeous. Stunning! So clean. Attention to detail. Pool was perfect. Restaurants gorgeous. Food delicious.

The staff in the restaurant were racist. We were the only African Americans there for the days we were. We would sit in the restaurant and be ignored for long periods of time. When we would complain they would blow us off and gaslight like they didn't see us. How? We finally discussed this with management and were given an apology and some credits to ease the pain. It's still sad that we had to deal with this meanness.

Quiet and peaceful. Bed was really soft and comfortable. View was great and so was the sunset. Hope to be back next year on my birthday.

I stayed at same hotel in Oct. 2022. Missed not having small "Welcome" card at bedside table along with small box of chocolates. Would like to have inputs on large screen TV to connect computer or Xbox gaming console.

Beautiful property. Great amenities and spa was wonderful. This is where I will stay every time I’m in Minneapolis!

Front desk staff fair. Brandon was not super helpful or friendly but others were. Had to wait a long time for a room and contact another staff to help assist us.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Good walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very clean. Out did themselves with the rose petals in the room. And had a lovely setup for our puppy.

Would've liked if the thermostat could've went lower than 65 degrees.

Best massage I've ever had from Ryan at the Spa. Front desk sent dog bed, treats, bowls, and food to my room, and allowed her in other areas Were so amazing with bringing items to the room I forgot
