The room was extremely clean, spacious and had a great view. I had the corner king with city view. And my oh my I loved the shower gown they have. Each detail had such quality and care. Breakfast tasted good and the servers were nice and friendly. It was also a pleasure to talk to the general manager there. Such good vibes. The staff were all good vibes too. The location was excellent. I loved that we didn’t have to go outside to get to the hotel after parking as parking is directly connected to the lobby. Never been so sad to leave a hotel. Would definitely revisit.

It would be even better if the hotel would provide parking vouchers or coupons. It’s pretty pricey!! It would also be better if two waters a day was complimentary. Water was charged to our room.

The best part of this hotel was the excellent staff. Joey, at the front desk was super friendly, professional, and helpful, offering restaurant recommendations and arranging a ride service for us. The lobby/bar had a nice relaxed vibe. The hotel is in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants.

One of the mattresses smelled super strongly of cleaner or pesticide or something. The other mattress was fine and the room and bathroom was very clean, but the smell on the one mattress gave me a headache, although I’m pretty sensitive to strong scents.

All the staff were courteous, professional & friendly. The hotel felt exceptionally fancy, like i should have paid more to stay there than I did. The room was great - it felt cleaner than any hotels I have stayed at in the last 10 years (i don't travel/stay at hotels often). I wish i could have used the bar but I had been awake for 18+ hrs by the time the concert was over, so maybe next time. Will definitely book here again next time I'm in downtown Minneapolis. On a different note, I had looked at other hotels in the areas where I was more familiar (I lived in the cities area for almost 9 years) but I still couldn't beat the price, location & amenities that The Loft provided. Nothing like leaving a concert and being able to just walk across the street and be in your room in minutes.

The private elevator system with the keyboard was a little hard to use (it might have been just a bad reader on the right side too, but i got the left side to work). I also could have used more signage for the entrance to the hotel when you come from the parking garage elevator.

Had a corner king with a view of Target Field. Location was excellent and connected to the city skywalk. Hotel contacted me a couple of times during our two night stay via text to ask if we needed anything. Recommended a restaurant that we very much liked. Oh yeah, the shower was to die for!

Self park options weren’t great for overnight so I valeted for $54 per night.

The location was perfect for the concert we attended at the Target Center. We were able to just use the skyway to get there. We had valet parking which was also a huge benefit considering the location. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

We were unable to use the shower in the morning due to having no hot water. I believe it was because there were so many people staying at the hotel for the concert.

Great service staff. Location was incredible for target field access.

I used valet to park my car. It was the most expensive valet charges I, personally, have ever paid. My suburban is only about ten months old and in like brand new condition. Every time I got it out of valet it smelled like smoke. Enough so that we will have to do something to mitigate it. Worst part of my stay. Everything else was amazing.

The staff was amazing! Once we arrived we realized we were very far from the concert venue we had traveled to Minneapolis for. The front desk and valet were wonderful. They made arrangements for transportation for us. Not only did they get us transportation, they arranged drop off and pick up at the front door. Perfect way to attend. No worrying about finding an uber.

The location was perfect. I was in the middle of everything. Perfect location if you plan to go to a baseball or basketball game. I will definitely stay here again.

No real complaints. Only weird thing was that it took 2 elevators to get to the rooms, but not a big deal.

The only negative they could not control was a very loud music venue down the street with pounding base sounds that were audible until very late. Not enough to keep us from sleeping but irritating.

Amazing location for First Avenue. Bit swamped by the crowds for the Target Center though. But noise wasn't an issue. Staff friendly and helpful.

Took laundry to reception just before 09:00. Was told I was late. Pointed out that the directory said before 09:00 and it was beofre 09:00. Then told that service wasn't available on Saturdays, despite the directory saying it was. I was disappointed by the reaction from the staff, when all I was doing was asking for a service that was supposed to be available.
