All of the staff were extremely helpful, the hotel was well kept-up and clean, the interior room and lobby finishes were classy, stylish, and comfortable, with a few nice local touches of art, too. The feeling was similar to that of other hotels I've seen with similar retro-style remodels, but was executed better, with higher quality finishes that so far seem to be holding up. Even the desk chair was more comfortable than similar ones in other hotels. The beds were very comfy and loved the blackout curtains, and the bathroom and vanity/get ready area outside of the bathroom were great and gave us the space we needed! The room service food we ordered from the restaurant was also surprisingly top-notch! Would definitely stay again and were pleasantly surprised.

The cost, while not the most expensive, could have been a little less, but for booking at the last minute, it wasn't too bad. The fire alarm did go off early in the morning, and better communication about that would have helped, but staff did what they could.

I read some negative reviews online so I was a bit hesitant at first. I don’t understand what those people were expecting but, I had a very pleasant stay. The interior design from the lobby to the rooms were a perfect homage to the 20’s, not overdone, just elegant. The hotel staff were nice especially the ones at the Star Bar. Amenities are what to be expected from a four star hotel, including a very nice robe, the only downside is that they don’t provide any slippers. Perfect location. Just a short three minute walk from the train station and this is downtown as it gets.

The hotel is very recently remodeled and the interior is superbly designed, including restoring hidden stained-glass windows in the bar. The restaurant (Star Bar) is excellent, truly fine dining! Every single staff person was warm, helpful, thoughtful. The parking garage is the lower floors of the hotel so getting to your car and to your room is by using the same elevator. Parking entrance and exit was super easy with a QR code. The location is only blocks away from the legendary Dakota jazz club.

The staff was amazing!!! I can express that enough! They were so friendly and really asked how we were doing and if we needed anything! When asked, they would provide it! And answered all of our questions. The room itself was so comfortable and the zenology products were great! I loved the decor in the hotel. Very chic and cute! And the food at the bistro was delicious!!!

It was not something they did but the parking lot is confusing but that is not a hotel issue. But the hotel has good deal with daily rate of parking!

Great location to US Bank Stadium and short walk to LRT station for easy access to local stops and the college stadium. Some great local restaurants are within short walking distance, but reservations are recommended. The room was clean and comfortable and cleaning staff are very respectful of 'Do Nof Disturb' requests.

There is a hidden "early check-in fee" if you arrive before 15:00, but this is apparently waived for rewards members so sign up to the program pre-arrival to avoid unnecessary (and inflated) charges. The elevator bank only has 2 operating lifts so there can be a wait to access your room or get down to the lobby if multiple guests are returning at once. Noise is minimal overnight but is loud when it occurs (revving ehicles, emergency services sirens, etc.) in rooms adjacent to the street.

Location was perfect. Great area for good food choices and felt safe. Staff was kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious with cute theme. They even held my luggage all day.

Was placed near the gym where I could hear people dropping weights. Not the hotel's fault and did mention it to them to possibly not put people in that room.

Very friendly and helpful front desk who wished me a happy birthday and gave me recommendations for my night out. After being out late, the snacks area was well stocked and clutch. Cool decor, comfortable beds, very clean, and quiet! If you’re out on the town, location is also great, especially if you’re fine to walk.

The room is wide and clean, only two blocks from the green and blue lines. There is a small vending shop near the lobby; there is a microwave that can heat food; and there are cozy areas. Skyway may be open next time, but we can go through the next building to go shopping mall or conventional center.

I wonder if they can refill tea bags, which were prefect last night.

The property it self was good, the parking was the difficult part. Just confusing not a deal breaker by any means.

Beautiful, mid-century modern, retro, masculine decor. The room was spotlessly clean - absolutely perfect. The staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great for continental breakfast and included fresh bakery pastries, a hot sandwich option, cereal, yogurt, granola, eggs, juice, etc.

Seems like a small thing but since I drink tea it is relevant. There were tea bags in the room but no source for hot water as the coffee machine could not simply produce hot water. :/ The front desk seemed slightly understaffed as I observed (and experienced) patrons waiting in a long line for check-in at times.
