Property was very nice, staff was extremely friendly. The pool and hot tub were well kept and helped relax after long days.

Only complaint is the doors in the king suite! They didn’t keep all of the light out from the living room area, so when I would wake up early to study the crack between the swing doors let light into the bedroom. Literally my only complaint!

Nice clean room. Allows pets, reasonably priced

2 burner “hot plate” that automatically shut off and inadequate cooking facilities (no oven) detracted from the stay. As a result couldn’t cook meals and increased overall cost of the stay due to needing to dine out

It is a very nice Hotel with a wonderful staff. We were very happy that they have HOT coffee available all of the time. It was great to get a good nights sleep even with our jet-lag. The kitchen was very good and we were able to fix all of our meals.

Clean, spacious, modern suites in a nice quiet neighborhood. The courtyard area is nice with grills and a fireplace, the staff were helpful.

Pool was FREEZING cold. No creamer available for coffee during our stay. No breakfast included.

Was woken up twice overnight by the TV of the room across the hall - sound proofing could improve. House keeping only on request - even though stayed for a week

We loved that there was a store right across the road for shopping so we didn't have to travel far, loved that there were places to eat so close as well and only few mins from MOA. The hot tub/pool were fun and relaxing as well

Everything was perfect!

There was no breakfast for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Location for what we wanted to do was great. The price was reasonable also.

We tried to take the kids swimming and the pool was quit cold. The air in the pool area was also rather chilly.

The staff was fantastic and the amenities were great. The hot breakfast each morning was nice to have and the Social dinners Monday-Wednesday were an added bonus. We didn’t partake every night, but it was really cool to have available. The Weber grills were a great addition because it was nice to be able to cook dinner a few nights.

The room (suite) was a bit smaller than we are used to when traveling as a family. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable, but tolerable. The kitchen was much smaller than anticipated and there were definitely not enough pots/pans and cooking/eating utensils. I would suggest adding a strainer to the rooms for pasta, which is a quick meal that most families may cook when staying here.

Very clean and employees were very nice.

There were some odd smells, the beds were hard and they should provide bedding for the hide away bed when people book the room with a large family.

Location was good, breakfast was pretty good as well, hotel was clean, staff was helpful. Hot tub was nice and there was a nice sitting area with fire pit just outside the pool area.

The pool was so cold the kids couldn’t swim, front desk said heater was on and set to 78 but I don’t see how that’s possible, and my kids don’t mind swimming in the cold. I also was certain I booked a room that had 2 doubles in each of the bedrooms and ended up with one bedroom only have a queen so we were short a bed.
