Clean and quiet. Staff allowed us an early check-in on our room that allowed us to dress for a wedding. Very friendly and accommodating. Nice restaurant next door too! We'd stay again.

Just very minor suggestions. Rags provided would be nice to wipe up water instead of using towels, something to hang robe and other clothes in the bathroom would be convenient. The remodeling is nice but little touches like painting behind toilet, neaten up caulk around tub.

Clean. Modest. Awesome mattresses. Quiet. Great location. Privately owned, attentive owners. High definition tv was very enjoyable. Towels and beds fresh and clean. Good water pressure. Don’t overlook this special motel. Great value! Bonus: located next door to a family run cafe. Ruby’s. Breakfast was excellent! Try the Special Baileys coffee!

Hallway downstairs smelled of cigarettes. The owner had huge fans going to help remedy. The carpets throughout the building were very clean, the building exterior and interior were clean and neatly maintained. Our room and the second floor hallway did not smell at all.

This location was close to everything we needed. We stayed so that we could travel to Valleyfair Amusement Park. It was affordable, clean, the staff was sweet and went above and beyond! I booked a single room one day before I showed up. But they gave us a double room anyways which was so beautifully kind! We accidentally locked ourselves out the building. And staff immediately let us in. Didn't yell at us or penalize us for leaving our keys in the room. We were also quite tired and didn't return the spare until checkout the next day. But they never complained at us for this. I will definitely be back! This will be my summer spot!

Cozy, comfy, friendly staff, and quiet. If you are looking for luxurious, this isn't it. But if you are looking for pleasant, affordable accomodations, it may be for you.

First attempt to get the shower to work failed. It took a little effort. We were in a nonsmoking room, but the halls smelled like smoke.

The room was clean and close to where we wanted to go.

There was no breakfast. For that price should have had something.

Late check in and the gentleman checked me in was very polite for it being 130 in the morning!!
