Comfortable bed, good wifi, good TV station selection, good shower. Staff was great - very friendly and accommodating, made it easy for my daughter to switch her room when it didn't meet expectations. Luxury vinyl flooring options - location is too humid for carpeting.

The breakfast was good but breakfast space is much too cramped and crowded. It needs to be reworked. Fitness center space is also tight, and the elliptical and water cooler in there both need maintenance.

The staff were very kind, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Friendly and nice to chat with. The location was right across the street from the mall, which was so convenient. It was also a fairly easy and short drive to the Twin Cities Outlet Mall, Mall of America, Valleyfair and Renaissance Festival. Very easy access on and off the I 94. The pool/hot tub were decent. The breakfast was good.

Our bathroom door was sticking and catching badly. It made it difficult and loud to open. The tub drain was slow to drain the last day of our trip.

Bed was comfortable and shower hot so a pass on the main things you want from a hotel. Location was good and was easy to find. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast was pretty pathetic but was included in room price so it was something to start the day. Pastries was one type and tiny which pretty well left toast and jam for the rest. Room was pretty dated but that was expected. Airconditioning was noisy.

The location is convenient and is close to many restaurants and Costco. The staff was very helpful and helped me and my friend get adjoining rooms even though we had made completely different reservations. They also had a station to fill water bottles in the breakfast room. Overall, it was good value for money.

I did not like that they offered sachets instead of tiny bottles/dispensers in the shower for shampoo/body wash etc. It isn't a con, but it seemed unusual.

super clean! Walkng distance of a mall, grocery store, and gas station. great parking and well laid out interior (signs explaining where pool/gym/laundry are right next to the elevator and stairs). very nice staff but not overbearing which for me is a 10/10

Comfortable bed. Quiet overall.

No staff available during the weekend and a note at the front desk indicating no staff due to lack of employees. Instead of taking responsibility for your lack of staff as most businesses refuse to do, you blame people for "not wanting to work" like getting paid garbage wages to clean rooms should be something anyone is honored to do. Pay your employees more, treat people like people. Poverty wages are embarrassing, especially for big companies such as this one that everyone knows damn well can afford to do so but choose not to do due to greed. It's disgusting and any business that takes advantage of people doesn't deserve to be in business.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The pool, spa, and gym area were all clean. It is very close to many popular stores and not far from the MOA and Asian Mall. Breakfast had many options (would be nicer to have longer so guests can sleep in and relax.) Each request was fulfilled parking was always available as well.

The rooms are very small and there are some rusty areas within the pool area.

Bed was very comfortable. Room size was great for one person. Would have liked EWTN and Real America’s Voice channels. Room temperature was perfect, never had to adjust. Location of elevator was close. Breakfast was ok. Great coffee.

The snow and ice I had to clean off of my vehicle every morning for 3 days:) Investment in a car port would be nice!

Unfortunaly young partiers were on our floor, quite loud the first 2 nights. Girl woke us from a dead sleep at 3am with a loud scream. Young guys outside our door quite loud swearing and having quite loud conversations early hours of the morning. The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud, made it hard to sleep at night. Our bathroom smelled like cigar smoke on and off during our 3 day stay there as if smoke was coming through the vents somehow.

I requested a room on the top floor, and away from the elevator, and I got that. The front desk staff was very friendly, delivered superb customer service. The location was close to a lot of restaurants, Cub and Target. The breakfast was decent and the breakfast attendant kept it stocked. We have no complaints, we had a decent stay.
