Walk in the door, greeted with a friendly, knowledgeable desk clerk. Inspect my room, no bed bugs. Very clean and inviting. The hot tub was so soothing, and the pool refreshing. Deep, comfortable sleep followed. The morning breakfast offerings were stellar, and again, cleanliness!

I was on the 3rd floor, far from the elevator...a good thing, but no microwave in my room. That is the only thing, and I can say the offered amenities far outweigh this small item.

I was double charged for my room- I paid Expedia when I booked but there was no record of it when I checked in so I was required to pay again ( more than the original price). This was very irritating however the next morning I was able to talk to a manager ( the girl the working when we checked in wasn’t able to do anything) and he fixed it immediately with no questions asked.

We booked a king suite with our 2 little kiddos and the room set up was perfect, the pull out couch worked great for the kids, and we were able to fold it up out of the way during the day. The breakfast spread was great. Great option for the price!

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this location.

The staff was attentive and I truly felt like a guest. They made sure everything was excellent and were upbeat and fun. I travel frequently and this was such a pleasant atmosphere from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great.

The room was hot and muggy when we first entered and it took several hours for the AC to catch up. Everything else was so nice that it was a minor inconvenience.

Location was close to my work on purpose. Facility was very clean. Breakfast was good. Door card did not work in the morning twice. Help fixed it immediately.

I got double billed on my credit card thru booking and the motel. The motel was able to correct it. The booking people were not helpful at all

The hotel is everything you need for a family trip. The pool is nice, the rooms are clean, the rooms have a fridge, and the breakfast is GREAT! They have full bottles on the wall of shower of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, so no worries if you forget to pack your own. Beds are comfy. The tvs are set up so you can log in to your own Netflix.

Our toilet kept running after flushing it.

Overall, a very good stay. We would stay again if in the area.

The beds were not terrible but seem like they are needing replacing- back pain in the morning. Elevator not working well- needs repair.

The staff, the lobby, the rooms. The best part was the staff guy was super nice. I have been in many hotels in Minnesota and this one is by far the best one. The lobby was the perfect late night hang out. The fact that they provide fruits and beverages all day long makes this place exceptional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The pool was closed that was a bummer 😕

Need more than one waffle maker at breakfast! Initial charges from my account were more than my bill, would have been nice to have been "warned", hopefully it corrects on my bank account.

Room layout was wonderful, not at all cramped. Enjoyed the Hot tub & Pool Breakfast relaxed no pressure from staff to move along. Greg at desk was friendly and remembered our names
