Room was very clean. They are currently updating the facilities, but hallways and common areas were very clean. The hot breakfast was delicious. Oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausages. Pancakes. Lots of choices! The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way.

I miss having vending machines, but that's how things are heading I guess. Wish the TV's were easier to navigate, but that's everywhere. All in all, we had no major complaints!

Breakfast was very good for the rating of the venue, excellent location with easy access to the "Crosstown Freeway."

I live in "Low humidity Idaho." It seemed even with th AC on due to the outside temperature being fairly high, the room seemed damp. Tub faucet dripped constantly. Extreme pressure slowed the drikp only slightly. I reported it but no action in five days. It is cheaper to fix this type of leak before the rotating guests tight the valve so strenuously that the faucetvalve has to be replaced.

Front desk manager helped me with using the pool when empty. Was really nice to use a very clean pool and jacuzzi. The remodeling to the building is terrific.

Left my travel food container in fridge. My only mistake when checking out.

I liked how friendly the staff was and how clean the facility actually was. You get a lot of them that you see online you're like. Oh it's really clean and then you get there and it's completely the opposite.

Honestly there wasn't very much that I didn't like about this hotel.

Breakfast food and cleanliness was great! However, it was the staff working the breakfast area that made it so enjoyable. They were very friendly, constantly busy, and very attentive to guests and the management of that area! Good customer service is a rarity these days and I greatly appreciated their customer service!

In the past I have received a "Minneapolis Mart" room rate. I asked but was told they weren't offering that this time. It is the main reason I choose this hotel.

The staff were very polite & breakfast was good. As a bonus cookies were available in the lobby.

The television in the room had poor signal and frequently lost connection.

Great breakfast (eggs, bread, pancakes, Nutella, fruits). Close to restaurants, close to the cities.

Nice quiet location…good breakfast and also enjoyed the hot tub

We were unfortunate to have loud obnoxious neighbors that decided it was time to party at midnight on a Sunday. Luckily the lady at the front desk was nice enough to switch us to another room during the night.

It was in close driving distance to many attractions.

The renovating..pool door and back door key pads don’t work.
