Even though some things like the carpet were outdated, this is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in years! It was very comfortable, and the room and the grounds were spotless. The staff that I had the pleasure of working with Lesa and Howard were very kind and curtious. Over the past 4 years I have had to travel to the St Paul MN area for multiple appointments. My husband and I and our service dog have to generally spend at least one night in a hotel. We book medium class type hotel rooms. This hotel far exceeded all my expectations!!

The carpet and bathroom tile need to be updated. This, however, was not an issue due to the quality of the housekeeping.

clean quiet and pet friendly

I don't think I should be charged per pet each day. you only clean after I leave because we put the sign out. we reuse our towels don't allow our dogs on the beds or to run loose to have accidents. they are confined to their crates except when going outside to potty. we cleaned up after others that left messes outside.

The room was nice and quiet and beds where comfy

The hot tub was out of order - and that is one reason we chose this hotel is because it had one and there was no prior notice that it was out of order :( The shower had hair in it and the shower handle was really hard to turn to get it to come on There was no extra blanket or pillow in room for the hide a bed

Breakfast was good, except for the unusual eggs......chopped hard boiled eggs were unusual. The coffee choices, beverages, waffles and biscuit were great. Thank you for the freshly baked cookies and coffee available in the afternoon and evening.

As previously mentioned, the eggs were strange. If we had been given mayo, mustard and pickle relish, we could have made egg salad sandwiches.

Very friendly staff and other customers, and ease of having our large dog there.

Smoky smell came through vents, probably from someone smoking illegally in or near the building, but this was not a downside to a very pleasant stay.

Staff always accommodating. Enjoyed my daily swims and great breakfast. Been coming for over 20 years for autumn festival.

It’s near my family and has spa suites.

The hot tub in the pool are wasn’t working, again. Elevator at end of hall instead of centrally located

This is a wonderful budget hotel. the rooms were clean with microwave, fridge and easy chair w/ottoman. The bathroom was big and clean and shower was very hot and powerful. Staff was always friendly! Breakfast was tasty with waffles, biscuits/gravy eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal etc. I will definitely stay again!

Breakfast sausages could've been crispy and there was no bacon.

Staff didn't make the bed or change the towels when we got back hours later.

The location was great. It was near our new house.
