From check in to check out the process was seamless. The staff was so incredibly sweet, the facility immaculate, the breakfast absolutely scrumptious, and the room so comfortable. I had the best giggle when we got to our room & the TV has a welcome message with my name on it. It was a super fun little touch that made me feel valued. I had to ask a question about a charge to understand (completely valid and nothing done by the hotel) and the gentleman explained it so quick & easy without making me feel dumb. There was no bad interaction with anyone here. Everyone was so incredibly sweet. We will stay here again & again when we head down to the casino.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was walking out the back door to smoke & my keycard not working to allow me back in.

I liked the location and it was convenient. Staff at front desk wonderful and very helpful.

The breakfast was substandard. Even the coffee was warm and not hot. Pillows were mush. Prices at suite shop ridiculous, you already pay a premium for the room. Was surprised handicap room did not have walk in shower. Would have liked handicap room on ground floor.

The front desk staff, both check-in and check-out, were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. There was some confusion during my check-in (I reserved my room using Booking.com), and the employee (I should have gotten his name!) made sure to resolve the issue, telling me what he was doing as he was doing it so I wasn't in the dark (Booking.com had my name entered incorrectly and so my reservation was not readily accessible). He really has an excellent temperament for his job!!

I went to the breakfast area at 8:15am, and was surprised that some of the food items appeared to be "out."

We were very pleased with this facility. The location was very handy, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the provided breakfast was quite nice, and the cleanliness was distinctly noticeable.

At checkout there was a mistake made on our billing which I did not discover until we were home. I believe the situation was rectified after a subsequent phone call. (I am waiting for a reimbursement to my credit card.)

Nice rooms, very clean, they are remodeling but it looked great, not sure why they're wasting the money on remodeling. The continental Breakfast was great, everyone found something to eat. Staff was friendly.

The indoor pool was nice but a little bit cold for the grandkids, although it was warmer than many other hotels I've stayed at. I'd give it a thumbs up anyway, there was a very nice bathroom with nice shower in pool area, worked out great to warm up the kids before walking to the room.

Considering Shakopee is a small town, the location was very convenient and is in walking distance to a few restaurants and a CVS to stock up on necessities. The staff was excellent and were helpful in getting us checked in early. The free breakfast bar exceeded expectations and is probably the best free breakfast I've had at any hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room generally well kept.

The bathtub could've been a little cleaner - there were some stray hairs sticking to the tub that were there from previous guests. Other than that, nothing else.

The breakfast area was clean and easily accessible. The dry goods were good and the egg omelets were good. Coffee had great flavor and there were many creamer and sweetener choices.

The fresh fruit salad was not fresh and had an awful after taste. I booked this through booking.com using genius. I had a confirmed price of $200.42 for the night and was charged $225.18. I am frustrated with this and have had a challenging time getting anyone to respond to my chats or phone calls. I was told there was a charge that would be taken off in 2-3 days after the stay. I have no credit for the stay so far 14 days after the stay.

This was a great stay. Front desk was so nice. Breakfast was huge. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Great location for a lot of different things.

I hate how they put negatives on top. This was a great hotel. The only issue is I could smell cigarettes in my first room. I don't understand if I was imagining it, or if people really still smoke inside. They changed my room, no questions asked, but if you are into causing an uproar, these people are too nice for that.

Friendly personnel. Quiet room even though I was close to ice maker. Good and varied breakfast. Problem with final billing got corrected in no time. Construction going on; refurbishing the rooms. But not a hindrance.

Plain, unsweetened yogurt for breakfast would have been a plus.

The room was plenty large enough with a king size bed and was very clean. The facility in general was like new and clean.

There was nothing we didn't like.ĺ
