The proximity to the Park & Ride was great! Only 7 minutes from Canterbury Downs. We were able to quickly arrive for the MN Renaissance Festival bus and it was a fast and smooth drive back to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and services close by (gas, banks, etc.) Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard, but we'll stocked. Priyanka at the front desk was particularly kind and welcoming!

Hotel was well kept, right from the drive into the lot all the way to my room on the 3rd floor...it was clean and smelled fresh. The deskman was super helpful & worked out my issue (my booking didn't show up on their end). He (I unfortunately don't remember his name) was so very nice and managed to have a room my husband and I could stay in. The room was a nice size, had ample bedding and extra pillows. Best mini fridge around...your items will stay COLD! TV was able to use YouTube which was pretty neat since I don't watch normal TV shows. I was pleased with my stay.

I really don't have any complaints....the toilet was being a little stubborn and didn't want to flush a couple times (I'm sure a plunger would fix whatever issue was going on) the bed was a little on the firm side for my personal liking (my husband liked it, slept very well).

Location is great! Employees were very nice.

Carpets, pipes showing in the bathroom and some furniture were in a bad need of cleaning.

Staff made the stay great they were beyond willing to help and were very friendly. Breakfast was good! Not super big but enough options! Also the location is awesome!

Room could have been a bit cleaner but wasn't terrible. Our TV had two permanent "burn marks". Some areas could be updated a bit, but overall a great place to stay.

The location and price were perfect and great for a weekend away on a budget.

The towels looked a bit older, quite thin from repeated washing and there were some stains on the furniture and bedding that made us uncomfortable.

We took a trip to Valleyfair this summer and ended up booking this hotel for our stay. It was a 10 minute drive to the park which was no big deal at all. The lobby was warm and inviting, the room was clean and ready for us when we checked in, and the kiddos loved the pool area. Bonus points for the fast elevator.

Not much. Restaurant selections around the property were minimal but there were options not far away.

Price was great.

The facility needs some tlc. A wall in our room was partially painted. We couldn't get the ac in our room down to a comfortable temp. The hot breakfast was lukewarm at best. Not impressed.

Breakfast was good, the worker was very attentive to refilling eggs, sausage,orange juice and coffee!

The workout room could have been functioning. That is a feature we search for after travel by plane and car.

Excellent location. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Nice size hot tub. Room was very spacious and comfortable bed.

Our room smelled heavy of smoke.
