Breakfasts were pretty good. They have improved since our 2022 stay. The room we had this second portion of our visit was smaller than room (135) we stayed in for three nights before we visited Wisconsin for three days. We liked the extra space in the room 135 and having the closet further away from the bed. Room 135 was offered to us this second portion of our trip but we declined it because the refrigerator in that room didn’t get cold enough to keep food safe. The one room 129 froze everything we put into it. It ruined the apples and grapes we had purchased. Someone should check those refrigerators and either repair or replace them. Otherwise, we like the location very much. That’s the main reason we chose the Springhill.

We didn’t like the refrigerator.

The room was really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Also it wasn't too far away from the Mall of America.

The elevator that was close to my room was not working. Also the hot tub was not working either. It would have been great if the second elevator had been working because I have been using crutches because of ankle surgery and wearing a boot. I had a long walk to the other elevator. The hot tub would have been great soak my body in.

A waffle or pancake maker would have been nice. I have kids who aren’t a big fan of eggs and sausage. Maybe more kid friendly cereals like Froot Loops, etc.

Was disappointed that hot tub wasn’t working. Part of booking was because I saw there was a hot tub. My daughter and I were looking forward to that. Overall the hotel was clean. Wasn’t impressed with all the ants in our bathroom.

The breakfast was great! Lots of variety and the eggs and sausage were delicious!

Carpet in the elevator was extremely dirty. Room smelled like stale cigarettes when we first walked in. The odor faded, but we were surprised as it seems like it has been years since cigarette smoking was allowed in hotels and it was a non-smoking room.

Nice location, good breakfast, kids loved the pool. Hot tub not functioning which was a bit of a bummer. It was good overall.

We found medication on our hotel room floor. Not good when you have a toddler, staff handled it well and have us a night for free. I would be cautious the next time to check the room over but otherwise it was a great stay.

Everyone is so welcoming and when we had a small problem with our room they offered to change the room so we ended up doing just that. I love this hotel and try to stay here every time we come. Breakfast is good and they had a lot of offerings so that was nice. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that but overall a great place to stay

Breakfast was better than most hotels but please include yogurt which is NOT nonfat.

The refrigerator in our room couldn’t even cool our beer so it wasn’t safe for any foods. We told the front desk the next morning but nothing was done about it.

The breakfast was delicious and good variety between cold and hot options. The pool was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Second key fob didn't work, tried a new one and still didnt work and finally gave up. Bathroom toilet roll holder was broken. Traffic noise a little loud.

The location was great. The rooms are nice and spacious. It was quiet so we slept well. Also close to some great places to eat out.

We stayed two weekends in a row on our ten day trip to Minnesota. We saw barefooted people at breakfast both times and even some adults wearing their pajamas. Health regulations for restaurants do not allow barefooted people inside of restaurants, so why Springhill Suites allow them in your breakfast room? We even saw one young woman wearing a swimsuit to breakfast. Has Springhill Suites given up on decency? Health care inspectors would certainly not allow this.

Breakfast was OK. Best coffee I've ever had in a hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be my goto if I ever get that way again!

Was truly nothing there to complain about. Just an amazing hotel!
