Felt like a mini luxury apartment. Had a lot of comforts off home. Was clean and quiet. Building was big a beautiful inside and out.

The staff wasn't as helpful as I would have liked to see. When paying as much money as I did, I expected better service. It almost felt like I was bothering them when asking for things. The maid skipped my room many times, leaving us without towels and toilet paper and a dirty floor. The kitchen staff was kind of rude and watched over every little thing I did as I was getting my breakfast. made it a bit uncomfortable to get food. There was even some confrontations between some guests and the kitchen staff. No one that works there smiles and seems friendly when passing you in the halls.

The rooms are nice and spacious will full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher as well as a garbage disposal. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was good and a little different each morning. There was always an egg option but the meat varied each day.

For breakfast, it would be nice if they offered bacon or sausage each day. One day they had a gravy with turkey sausage in it but not other meat choice. The hot tub was nice but the pool area echoes quite a lot and when there are children playing, it makes it hard to relax. It would be nice if there was some separation of the pool and hot tub area.

The morning lady in charge of breakfast looked liked she wasnt having a good day people were waiting in the dining room and when everything was open we thought she would say outloud the kitchen is ready noooo she just wispered staright to this couple it was ready and thats how we figure it was open cause the couple stood up. She also was putting the salt shakers to all tables and skipped ours and another one that mom and daughter were sitting not right at all.

We were very pleased with our room. We had 6 people in our party, and were able to get a room with two double beds and a sleeper sofa and small kitchenette. The breakfast was great! And bonus, I had asked ahead of time if possible for an early check in to “ unload” and wait for the rest if our part to arrive and they let us. It was PERFECT!

It was a little out of the way, no other businesses or restaurants in the area.

The rooms were clean and the pool was nice.

The breakfast attendant didn't have ingredient lists for items they were putting out, so we couldn't verify if an allergen was present in some items during breakfast. Also ran out of bacon the first morning we were there and not much for kids cereal options. Otherwise, the food was tasty.

I loved the 2 bedroom Suite. There was plenty of room for everyone, no one had to sleep on the couch, the older tired adults could go to their room early and go to sleep while the younger people stayed up in their room. Also 2 Bathrooms were great! Like having a kitchen and dishes. And loved having a fridge and ice maker.

The construction, but I understand it needs to be done.

The free breakfast was great and we loved the room! We brought our dog and had a perfect room on the lowest level near an exterior door. Loved the pool, hot tub and free laundry service.

Everything was great, a bit of noise Saturday night, but we were very comfortable.

Location was great. Close to the Mall of America where we caught the train to and back to the AC/DC concert.

Ice maker in room didn't work, but was able to get ice in area downstairs where food was served the 1st night.

The room was very clean and set up nice. TVs needed to be a touch bigger x).

The dining room table was a bit tall and stuck out into the room. Plus the living room could use a change around.

We liked the staff that was friendly always asking if we needed anything. Breakfast of a morning was great. They are pet friendly. Our suite was spacious & clean.
