Felt like a mini luxury apartment. Had a lot of comforts off home. Was clean and quiet. Building was big a beautiful inside and out.

The staff wasn't as helpful as I would have liked to see. When paying as much money as I did, I expected better service. It almost felt like I was bothering them when asking for things. The maid skipped my room many times, leaving us without towels and toilet paper and a dirty floor. The kitchen staff was kind of rude and watched over every little thing I did as I was getting my breakfast. made it a bit uncomfortable to get food. There was even some confrontations between some guests and the kitchen staff. No one that works there smiles and seems friendly when passing you in the halls.

Breakfast was okay. My room was nice and spacious. I really enjoy Staybridge as your rooms are usually nice.

The elevator was a little sketchy in the noises that it made. I also heard someone had been locked in the one a day prior. It had an out of order sign on it. I noticed a piece of candy under the hide a bed. (like a chocolate ball possibly) I did not touch it. My payment is still pending, therefore I still have not received my $100 security deposit back. I am not sure why hotels need to hold onto that for so long when the room is check the next day and you know nothing was broken from us. I realize this is almost all hotels, but I do not understand why!

The breakfast was reasonable for a typical hotel stay. It's nice to see waffle makers still available! The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The bathroom set up wasn't ideal. It has a separate room for the toilet and shower whereby a large person wouldn't be able to easily enter/exit and the door didn't lock (though you could block it opening with your knee if you were sitting on the toilet). The sink was outside the toilet/shower room which makes the handle gross. It was workable for our family, just not great.

We were really early. I wasn't expecting our room to be ready and was just calling to see what time check in was. I was told my room was ready and we got to check in early. The staff was nice and courteous. Our room was bigger than I expected. I've stayed at a few Staybridge locations but this one was definitely the best. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the social dinner. I don't know the man's name that checked us in but the great experience started with him.

The rooms are nice and spacious will full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher as well as a garbage disposal. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was good and a little different each morning. There was always an egg option but the meat varied each day.

For breakfast, it would be nice if they offered bacon or sausage each day. One day they had a gravy with turkey sausage in it but not other meat choice. The hot tub was nice but the pool area echoes quite a lot and when there are children playing, it makes it hard to relax. It would be nice if there was some separation of the pool and hot tub area.

The morning lady in charge of breakfast looked liked she wasnt having a good day people were waiting in the dining room and when everything was open we thought she would say outloud the kitchen is ready noooo she just wispered staright to this couple it was ready and thats how we figure it was open cause the couple stood up. She also was putting the salt shakers to all tables and skipped ours and another one that mom and daughter were sitting not right at all.

Staff were extremely nice! The breakfast was amazing with many options compared to other hotels I've been to. The pool and hot tub were a good bonus on top. The location was easy to get to and very quiet. The included kitchenware was clean and super convenient!

Bed was a little bit too firm for me, along with the couch, truly minor inconveniences for us.

We were very pleased with our room. We had 6 people in our party, and were able to get a room with two double beds and a sleeper sofa and small kitchenette. The breakfast was great! And bonus, I had asked ahead of time if possible for an early check in to “ unload” and wait for the rest if our part to arrive and they let us. It was PERFECT!

It was a little out of the way, no other businesses or restaurants in the area.

Location was great. Didn't get much of an opportunity to have breakfast or use the pool.

Breakfast wasn't fresh and geared towards families with kids. Pool was busy. Work out room is attached to the laundry facility which made it hot

The staff was very responsive to problems with our first room. The A/C wasn't working and they moved us to a new room.

Honestly, everything thing that was a problem was handled in a timely manner and I am very happy with the stay.
