Breakfast was satisfactory.

Cleaning crew only made up our room twice in a week. There were tiny scraps of paper on the floor in the hallway that were not vacuumed up during the entire week of our stay. Without previous notification and on our arrival, we were notified that there would be a parking fee of $4 plus tax/day added to our final bill. The funny thing is, they did not ask IF we had a car, did NOT ask for make, color or license number, and did NOT give us any kind of pass to place on the car dashboard. I believe this is simply an unethical and unnecessary fee to increase profits. There is no reason that this fee could not be included in the advertised room rental or notification given BEFORE making a reservation. Very unprofessional.

Shower was very hot 2 blocks from hospital Linen/towels were like new Kitchen was very convenient, would be perfect for long stays Pool was warm Eggs were tastey, we just got there in the last 25 minutes, so they weren't as warm. Adorable hashrounds. Loved the chia pudding, lots of toppings to choose. Lots of space & bed was HUGE / Comfy Friendly employees; night & day Definitely one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at;)

NO HOT TUB &/or Sauna Heard a thump/click noise coming from bathroom

Room was clean and had everything we needed except for two chairs to be able to sit together at the table and eat. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good. We especially liked almonds, pecans, and raisins for cereal and salsa verde and pickled onions with the scrambled eggs.

Provide two chairs in the room. Provide plain yogurt with no sweeteners.

The complementary breakfast is a rather depressing experience. Everything pre-packaged. After a few days the from frozen omelets are disheartening. If I was the manager of a hotel with a free breakfast I would find a local bakery to bring in a supply of Danish, donuts, rolls etc. Having a live omelet maker table would be a huge hit. The free breakfast bar will never beat a for- fee food-to-order restaurant but a little more effort would be appreciated and rewarded.

The property was easy to find and in a safe location. There’s a mall and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The Mall of America is 10 minutes away and we drove there without using the freeway. Trader Joe’s was less than 10 minutes away. Pet friendly. Good breakfast. Very nice people and great service.

Everything was nice and clean. The hotel is in a really good location; i traveled from Chicago to go to the Mall of America and there’s so many stores around the hotel to make a quick run for little things you may have forgotten. The staff is so nice and helpful with questions. We were welcomed with the happiest greeting I’ve ever received and even checking out the staff member was so polite. I checked in and out with ease so i would recommend this location DEFINITELY

Good water pressure in the bathroom. Was not expecting a full-sized fridge in the room, which was nice. Spacious king-sized bed, perfect for two people. Location very convenient.

Apparently, they don't clean the ceiling fans. Very dusty, make sure the ceiling fan is clean before you turn it on, otherwise you will spread dust all over the room. Not good if you have allergies.

The layout was perfect and roomy! I like rooms with kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lobby was very cozy.

Housekeeping needs to be improved. Dirty hand towel was left in the bathroom when we got there. Tv drawers and center table has stains and a little bit dirty.

The rooms were spacious. Great for a family of five, two adults and three small children. The staff were very accommodating. Nice breakfast with options for kids.

The rooms are only cleaned during a stay if you are there 4+ nights. We called to have ours have a light cleaning but due to hotel policy they would not do it even though there was a sign in the room saying they would do this upon request. We were there three nights total. With three small kids and use of a the kitchen a quick vacuuming on occasion would have been nice! They did supply and broom and cleaner when I requested, but couldn’t keep it for the entire stay.

Great staff. Very friendly. Nice rooms. Well stocked/appointed.

I don’t like the policy of cleaning every third day. One of the pleasures of hotel stays is returning to a clean, refreshed room. Sheets don’t need to be changed but beds should be made daily and rooms should be cleaned (IMO)
