Very clean, excellent staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The pool water was warm.

We had a handicap room on the 3rd floor. It was waaaaaaaayyyyyyy too far to get to from the elevator. Walking is an issue for us. Also, ice and pop was only available on the 2, 4 & 6 floors. Again, inconvenient. Grandkids came to visit and use the pool. Not enough seating around the pool, and NO Hooks on the walls for bags, towels, etc. The pool water was warm, however it was a bit cloudy. The chemicals should be checked. Sounds like a lot we didn't like, but most of these are only suggestions for improvement. Those with mobility issues need to be close to elevator!

Holiday Inn was a great hotel to stay for our 4-day trip in Minneapolis! They had an awesome hotel breakfast (included), well maintained lobby, quick reception service, speedy WI-FI, clean room and fantastic daily housekeeping. Highlights from this hotel was definitely the hotmeal breakfast option. They have so many food choices, soft eggs and tasty sausages were the best. The area might get a bit crowded, so it is best to go for breakfast around 8 AM on weekends. The daily housekeeping service was also awesome. Our housekeeper's name was Rosa, she did fantastic job with keeping the room clean as if we just checked-in every day we come back from our activities. Hotel also provided with all amenities for shower. They also have a swimming pool, laundry facility and more. We didn't use any of these, but it seemed like other people had a great time. We might check it out next time. The kitchen staff, receptionist, and housekeepers were all very friendly and very hardworking.

The few things to note is that you need to make a separate request for small amenities like toothbrush/toothpaste etc. They also don't have a bar soap, so you need to bring this on your own. We didn't need any of these though as we brought all of these on our own. The bathroom is slightly old style (i.e. shower head), but for what we needed, it was more than enough.

The breakfast is very good. Need one more pancake unit. We had the unit with the extra chase which gives more space as opposed to the regular twin or double room. Easy internet set-up.

The toilets are low and for us older people, difficult sitting down and getting up - especially since there aren't any bars to grab for assistance. There isn't anywhere to put bars so higher toilets would be beneficial.

One of the best breakfasts we've had. Good selection and actually cooked fresh, not brought in. Lots of seating compared to some hotels. The pool was fantastic, just on the smaller side.

The pullout couch/bed wasn't as comfortable as some but was suitable for our young children. Those are rarely super comfy but this could have been better. And I wish the sink was not in the bathroom with the toilet and tub. It is so nice when they are outside. The WiFi was very unstable for our entire visit. More off than on.

Very crowded weekend with many, many guests. Families with kids were coming from the pool soaking wet, carrying large inflatables, getting everyone WET on the elevator. How about posting a policy - NO INFLATABLE TOYS on the elevator? The hotel is TOO SMALL to be accommodating pool toys with so many guests on 2 elevators.

Location met our needs.

Breakfast area inadequately staffed for the number of people staying at hotel.. Front desk staff showed little interest in problem with TV serviced, when reported around 6.30 pm on March 26. Only one channel (CNN) could be picked up, Others channels displayed " scrambled or weak signal ' message.

Right across the shopping area like Marshall’s, Trader Joe’s , Perkins and Gas station The best part was the hot breakfast . There’s egg omelette , egg omelette with veg, sausage in day 1 and bacon on day 2 , mini pancake and hot cinnamon roll , hot biscuit and more . All loaded for the morning and it was great !!!!

We had a king room which was very spacious. The white bedding was very bright and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

One of the elevators proved to be a pain. We were on the 3rd floor and we had to push the second floor button as the first floor button wouldn't activate till we descended on the 2nd floor.

The quality of continental breakfast is amongst the worst I have ever had. The steamed sausage patties were really bad and the pancake machine made doughy pancakes. The light in the pool was dislodged from it socket. It looked like an electrical hazard. The room bathroom could use an exhaust fan. It stayed very humid.

Everything was really nice. FREE PARKING lol price point was great & we felt super comfortable and welcomed there. Kids and myself especially loved the pool area for some good swim time before heading home. Awesome dining room that provided an INCREDIBLE breakfast. Room was perfect for what we needed & I really liked that the bathroom was stocked with all dove products
