Very clean hotel and room. Had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great with stuff like coffee that tastes good (some hotels don’t taste the best😂) but this was very good. They had eggs, omelettes, sausage and oatmeal with plenty of other food choices. Pool and hot tub area was also very nice and clean, and was actually warm!

I know it’s not the hotels fault,. While we were there the first night, school kids for a sports trip were staying there and were loud/ running around. We could hear it in the room at 2 am☹️ The Second night was quiet cause they had left. The next day we also noticed new signs from the hotel stating their quiet hours and rules. I’m going to assume they noticed or had enough people complain about it. So that’s nice that they took the time to post the rules so people can see them again!

Clean, bright aesthetic throughout the hotel. Our room was the perfect size for family of 6. We had 2 Queen beds for 3 adults and 1 teen, plus a pull out couch for two 7 years old. There was also an awesome lounge chair which one of the kids decided to sleep on instead. Appreciated that the bed pillows were also larger in size and 2 per person. There weren’t pillows with the bedding for the couch so a couple of us gave second pillow to the kids which was fine since they were nice pillows and not tiny flat squares. Beds were comfy, shades blocked out all light and were easy to use. Bathroom was huge and really nice, loved that there were large full size toiletries so we weren’t fighting over sample size products. Breakfast was also great, something for everyone, even the picky eaters! Check in and check out was a literal breeze! Employees were super nice and helpful. I needed to get the door keys reset, after having them enclosed with my phone that had a magnet on it (didn’t think about that affecting them) and front desk attendant was very nice about it. Would definitely stay here again.

A lot of people took up two parking spaces because they didn’t stay within the lines not a lot the hotel can do about that though. Breakfast was super busy so was hard to get seating, even though it’s a pretty large area. Not sure if there’s a way to add anymore seating, but maybe just get there early because it’s really good! Elevators were kind of scary, they basically do a hop/jump when stopping, not sure if there’s a fix for that. There wasn’t anything in the room that showed the hours for the pool, breakfast etc., had to go online to the website to find any information. Not a huge deal but usually there’s a booklet or just a sign in the room with that information and info about nearby restaurants/ attractions.

Close to places to eat, shop, and Valleyfair! We have stayed before booking the same type of room each time, which is queen suite. With 6 people (2 adults & 4 kids) we need 2 queen beds and sofa bed. Some rooms are better and larger than others. This year we ended up in a smaller room than normal. Good breakfast variety!

Location perfect for where my family and I were visiting. I was running late and they allowed my other family members to help with my check in so that I did not have to check in at 1am. Happy with staff. Breakfast was clean and good.

The only bad thing I have to say is the night we stayed there were drunk kids loud in the halls and their room.

Breakfast offerings were very good. The coffee was good and there was plenty to choose from. Our room was very comfortable. Pillows were very comfortable. Staff were polite and nice.

We stayed two nights and I wish housekeeping would have come the second day to tidy the room and empty the garbage. It was odd they didn't.

The location was great. The room was cheerful and clean. The shower head was outstanding and had great pressure. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was good.

With four pillows on a bed it would be nice to have two soft and two hard so no matter your preference you had what you liked. Also air temp wasn’t consistent.

The breakfast was great, variety and freshness. The lobby and eating area were clean and comfortable.

The elevator was very warm. That's the only non excellent thing about our stay.

The room appeared clean, although there was a partially used toilet paper roll under the sync on the floor. the woman at the front desk was kind and helpful.

the pool was not good. not only was it in a tiny TINY room that echoed like crazy, but the chlorine in the pool was horrendous. it hurt both my kids eyes. I wasn’t even in the water and just being in there stung my eyes. it was very disappointing.

The room was very clean and large. The location was great, there was so much to do within a 10 minute or less drive. Every one was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast bar was a plus!

I liked the fact that this hotel is further from the main road. There was a lot of construction going on in a high traffic area. The room was pretty clean but a smelled a bit like “funky” feet odor was hanging around but took care of that with some hand sanitizer and body spray (you’re welcome LOL!). Also smelled like someone puked outside but I guess that happens every now and then. Overall friendly staff, clean room (minus odor), and pretty peaceful (if other guests are not loud). Enjoyed my stay.
