Check in was fast and easy. We requested late check out and a cleaning lady still came by, that was issue for us because we understand business and we were actually heading out. Well once we loaded the car I realized I needed to use the restroom, so I went back to the room and of course, my key didn’t work. The kind cleaning lady who had saw me mins before was kind enough to let me back into the room while she continued cleaning the next. That showed empathy for others. She didn’t have to but she did and I greatly appreciate her as well as the company for hiring her. Also, parking was great and front desk was kind.

front desk staff and housekeeping were efficient and friendly. the room was clean and comfortable. the shower was nice. great location-close the moa, Trader Joe’s, the airport etc.

my hips would have appreciated a pillow topped mattress after walking the mall all day but that’s a small price to pay for the proximity to retail therapy.

This is probably my 10th stay at this hotel. The area is quiet and feels safe, yet close to ample locations. The room is spacious and clean, the shower is very nice, and plenty of counter space in the bathroom. There is a fridge which is a plus! I like that you can log into Netflix on the tv. The stay was quiet and lovely.

Everything was as expected as I’ve stayed at this location a few times friendly staff clean modern rooms and common areas.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked a few crumbs on the floor and one of the headboard pads were flipped the wrong way but not bad but the room was hot making it hard to sleep the thermostat could only cool it 2 degrees in 10 hours

The room was very small. The hotel was surrounded by road construction which made it difficult to get around to other locations.

Staff who checked us in. Then the opportunity to get tea at Starbucks complimentary in the morning. Clean room Also proximity to Yrader Joe's and Hope Breakfast Bar!

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! I liked the stories of BonVoy travel. :) Relaxing!

Upon checking, the front desk didn't inform me of incidental or holding fees. Therefore, I didn't know how much would be held during my stay. No introduction of hotel or amenities on-site. Just given the key to the room. Customer service could have been better.

Fairly 'sterile and sad' vibe. Lobby was rather stark, lacking warmth and welcoming focus. Toooooo many screens , really put off by lobby with 'private viewing cubicles'!

Staff modeled professionalism despite the possibility of being under staffed. I am sold on Courtyard/Fairfield by Marriott. due to my current stays at these hotels in MN, KS, and TX. Keep up the GREAT work because we will be back. ;) Thank you very much for bringing hospitality back to hotels.

A/C was just a bit cold -[ I am not used to indoor A/C because I just relocated from rural AK where indoor A/C is not needed. It doesn't even fit the "doesn't like" box. I had my sweater. ;)
