The staff was exceptional. Especially Alma. She is a delightful person. Was very helpful with checking in. A very pleasant lady. Enjoyed talking with her. Checking out was also smooth. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Sheets and blankets were soft. A good nights sleep was had. Was very quiet. Items at breakfast were many. I have stayed at this motel about 4 times and will keep coming back when in the area.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom had a spacious counter top and shower functioned well. It was also nice to have a small fridge in the room. An acceptable breakfast was also provided.

The only minor complaint would be that after returning from breakfast that there was a musty smell in the room. We attribute that to what appeared to be mildew on the window shears above the air/heating unit that when running circulated the odor throughout the room. We left the light blocking curtain panels open so that the shear panels could dry out. I suspect moisture between the light blocking panels and shears is what was causing the mildew. When we returned to the room for the second evening the mildew smell appeared to be no longer present.

The bed was very comfortable. Loved that each bed had four pillows. There were lots of options for the complimentary breakfast! Cold and hot options.

The lotion bottle attached to the bathroom mirror kept dripping and wasting lotion.

eggs fluffy. waffles were tasty and easy. fruit was available and yogurt.

I wish there were hard boiled eggs available and that the butter was left out of refrigerator so it is soft. The attendant was checking frequently. Area remained clean and well organized.

King size bed with teeny tiny pillows. Bed was comfy and clean. We really liked our stay. Alma was very helpful when I checked in

The beds were very comfortable! They had a hot breakfast, jacuzzi and pool! The hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly! I would stay here again!!

The jacuzzi wasn't as hot as I would like and the jets came out too high to the top so it didn't hit your back to help relax you.

location was very good

would have liked a bit more selection or change of selection for breakfast. We stayed 8 days and would have been nice to see some bacon instead of sausage or a change of yogert flavors. What was served was fine for a day or two.

I wonder if theyserve thesame kind of breakfast...eggs and sausage

Breakfast was very good. Room was nice. Original check in receptionist did not know what she was doing, took too much time. Had to call husband.

No one at reception desk upon arrival. Had to use phone to call receptionist for check in.
