Our door was broken and wouldn't shut and lock right. Desk clerk was reluctant to come look because we were leaving. She gave it a temporary fix but still kept happening

The lady that is there to greet us and check us in every time we visit is a cut above in hospitality. She always makes us feel welcomed, and is very helpful and kind. We always look forward to seeing her when we stay here.

The pool is a bit chili. In the summer that’s not so bad. But in the colder seasons I won’t swim in the pool. We just soak in the hot tub instead.

It was just a muffin and a drink. Not a good enough breakfast, had to find a restaurant for a good breakfast.

See the comment above. A piece of toast would've helped and a hard boiled egg. A little would've gone a long way but a muffin and a drink is not a breakfast. We don't like muffins. Another choice would've been nice.

The location is great and they have big screen TVs which is wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and I love that they have a recliner in the room

The bathrooms had some cracks in it from moisture and just wear and tear on the walls

For a lower cost hotel, they had a wonderful pool and hot tub. I was unable to use it during my stay, so I may stay there again when I am back in the area. The hotel was reasonably quiet given the number of guests. Staff was very polite and always seemed happy to help or say hello. The hotel is located near a major highway and still remains quiet to traffic noise.

The regular coffee had run out early in the morning and by 9am all that was available was decaf. The breakfast options were prepackaged sugary baked goods. I wish there were maybe something a bit less sugar focused such as granola bars or trail mix packs.

I had to use an outlet in the room for CPAP , the outlet had no cover and looked a little dangerous I should have notified the front desk but didn't

Extremely friendly front desk staff. Good pool, huge hot tub. 50-55" tvs in rooms. New beds, very comfy.

No negatives

The bed was comfortable the staff were respectful everything was good.

If I had to say something, it's a bit far from the doordash hotspots

we always stay in Burnsville when we come it was very convenient easy in easy off 35

I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY EVERYTHING SMELLS LIKE BLEACH! ESPECIALLY THE BEDDING☹️ The pool area is SO NICE but gives me a headache because of smell! Breakfast not the best but can deal with that.

That they had just cleaned the room and it looked very nice and clean

The old chair it didn't do the room any good to have it in there
