It was close to everything: the airport, gas station,restaurants. The room was very clean and well supplied with necessities. They had good continental breakfast, indoor pool, ice machine, and washer/drier for guests to use.

We had a room that doubled to a 2-room suite by double doors. The doors were not soundproof, and the people staying in the other room watched TV until 1 am at night, and then started watching TV again at 6 am. We could hear them snoring, so that was a boomer. Other guests with children had their kids running and screaming in the hallway after midnight, and no one seemed to remind them that it should not be the case. The beds are very hard, but that's a personal preference, we didn't enjoy that part.

I was just passing through and need a last minute room. The hotel is located near several restaurants, shopping and gas stations. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was hot with decent water pressure. The bed was firm but comfortable with a decent amount of pillows. The furnace worked great and kept the room at a comfortable temp. The room also had a small coffeemaker, mini fridge and microwave.

Perfect location for a cities stay. We stayed two nights, and slept well. I was skeptical from reviews after booking, but honestly for the price it ended up being perfect. It was quiet, we could hear a little from other rooms but that happens anywhere. We paid 131 after taxes for 2 nights over the weekend at that, if you’re looking for 5 star type places then you PAY for that! Breakfast was good, there’s plenty around and most importantly the staff were so nice and pleasant!:)

Very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and nice. The base are comfortable the breakfast. It's okay. I love the location and I will vacation right there. Every time that I come in from out of town, I loved a bit the America Inn

Everything was good. Bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was good. Had to skip breakfast...did not have enough time... was tired from previous day's flight/work.

Male + female guests in the adjoining room (inside doorway connecting us) were talking loudly past 11 PM, then they had loud/moaning sex 8-8:30 AM that woke me up. That might have inspired me when I was younger, but I'm 71 years old and need a bit more than audio stimulation these days. WiFi was slower than I expected.

We loved how close it was to everything. We were 15 mins to the Zoo, mall of America, and stadium. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was super clean. Definitely try the breakfast place next door it was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.

The breakfast was very delicious, especially the pancakes and eggs as well as the biscuits and gravy. The beds are comfortable - definitely on the firmer side and really great for back sleepers. Side sleepers might be a little less comfortable. There was a nice selection of pillows of varying degrees of firm/soft. Cleaning service is daily, so if you don’t need it or want anyone in your room be sure to put up the do not disturb sign. Pizzas are available at the front desk for a fee, and I can confirm they are delicious - especially in a pinch.

Breakfast was extremely busy during the weekend portion of our stay. To the point where the kitchen staff was not able to keep enough food out for the demand. I really think this just speaks to the quality of the food, that people liked it that much.

The place was clean. Beds were very comfy. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice. My kids enjoyed it.

Breakfast was OK, needs attention. Someone should be there during those breakfast hours to refill and wipe up. 8:45 AM not much left and what was left was cold (biscuits and gravy). Never saw any waffles or eggs. We stayed there for three days.

It was only a 15 minute drive to Mall of America which is where most of our time was spent. It was nice having a gas station close by the hotel and a few options for food!

The staff wasn't super welcoming so it made it a little awkward coming and going using the front door. We started using the side door the 2nd days of our 3 day stay to avoid the front area.

The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly. Location was good for our purpose. Limited, but good breakfast. Reasonable price.

Somewhat noisy. Lots of door banging throughout the night. Even though we had a heavy snowstorm that evening, it would have been nice to have a path plowed in the parking area in the morning for getting out.
