Although we didn't have time to eat any breakfast, walking by the dining room smelled wonderful. The hot tub was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly when checking us in and out. The AC in the room was better than ours at home! Plus the water pressure in the shower was wonderful!

Our only complaint is that the bed was very very stiff. My partner and I both woke up very sore and it made it difficult to finish our final activities on our trip.

It was in a pretty good location for us. It was kept up good.

There was a toilet leak in our bathroom. Once we figured out what the noise was when we went to bed we put a towel to catch the drips . We think the breakfast could use a few more items; especially orange juice or some type of juice. Not everyone drinks milk and coffee. We expected a few more items because it wasn’t listed as continental breakfast.

The staff was amazing! Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Every single person we encountered. Room was clean and very large. Exceptional for the price!

The only thing I would recommend is possibly adding an additional chair and coffee table to the suite room with the sofa sleeper. It felt a bit bare and not very comfortable. A minor inconvenience in the scheme of things. Also some better lighting.

Could we increase more of the breakfast? There were no water, no juice. It was not good breakfast. That's odd, but everything was excellent.

Good size room, comfortable bed, big shower, friendly helpful staff, plenty of parking, pet friendly.

Lots of box elder bugs, but thats pretty common in this area. Not much offered for breakfast but has McDonald's across the street.

All Staff was very nice and accommodating!!

The Breakfast food products were Lacking 1st day they didn’t have milk staff was supposed to go buy milk but it took them a long time to return. 2nd day There was No syrup left-no milk again-no yogurt or applesauce available.

Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days Breakfast offers no protein Not all of the front desk staff seem to know the shuttle schedule and availability

Clean and 5 miles from the airport

Nothing. We didn’t check out the pool or anything except our room and we left very early so didn’t get breakfast but they had coffee ready for us at 4:45 Oh, you get quite a discount if you book on line before you go.

the rooms were very nice, the breakfast was great, the location was perfect as it wasn’t far from family and the mall of america.

the pool was ice cold, our kids were so excited to go swimming but being toddlers they couldnt handle how cold it was. it was also hard to try and get them clean with only having the stand up shower, but we made do with what we had.

Wet clean and comfortable beds

There were no hand towels or washcloths which was strange but we just used an extra towel. It isn’t fancy but I would stay again as it is clean and comfy and if you need a place to stay and dont need the frills this is the place.
