The receptionist when we checked in, Hanna, was the biggest highlight of our experience, which is quite an impressive accolade when one considers that every single member of staff that we interacted with over our 4 day stay was exceptional and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, but maybe could have hoped for a little variety from day to day. The rooms feel so perfectly like a home away from home.

Everything was so wonderful I would need to nitpick to find something I didn't like. I suppose we did have some minor technical difficulties with the remote in the bedroom, but it wasn't hard to work around that.

The location was excellent and very easy to get to. The MOA is right across the street, and the hot breakfast included was very convenient. Rooms are nice if you have kids since there's a door separating the bedroom from the living room.

Unfortunately when we checked in our room smelled of old expired food (like someone left rotten produce in the fridge) and when we asked if they had any air freshener they simply responded "sorry we don't" we couldn't get a different room because the hotel was completely booked. The room was not very clean and there were stains on the chairs.

We loved how close it was to the mall, The front desk staff when we checked in were very nice and the room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast kept running out and if we weren't one of the first ones down our family did not get some of the hot food, the living room area was very crowded with the extra chair. When we checked out the front desk staff informed me that the MN taxes went up and our stay was more expensive than what I was told in my confirmation email. I brought cash to pay because I did not want to put that money on my credit card and I was short money. I never got a call, email nor was I informed when I checked in that the price went up. I feel I should have paid what I was told when I booked my room and I am not happy about the fact I was not informed until we went to leave and I ended up not having enough cash.

The Staff was great and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The location to the Mall was in walking distance which was a great location.

The breakfast was mediocre. Although it was hot the food was either over cooked or watery. The presentation and quality was not consistent. It felt like the food that was prepared was an after thought and just put together. A lot of times they ran out of that one item they cooked. As for the room the fan over the stove didn't work and my bed was so lopsided the head was close to the floor.

Everything was great. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. The breakfast was good and stocked. The hotel was clean from the front door including our room.

I didn't like the fact that the executives of the hotel made the decision to charge if you want to check in early. I called at 10a and was told we would have to pay a full day to check in at that time. To check in at 1p it cost $50 additional, To check in at 2p it will cost $25 additional. Why charge extra for travelers? Yet as a customer check in is 3p and check out is 11a, we do not receive full time of stay according to the check in/out times. Be Fair !

Breakfast was good. Front staff and shuttle drivers were exceptional. Elissa and the lady who worked 2024 12 31 and was unduly at 1100 was amazing too. Both we thoughtful attentive and extremely helpful and proficient.

I think when the front is busy the general manager should exit her office and help when there are staffing pressures. To me this would elevate the guest experience. Room for improvement was the room cleanliness and attention to detail.

The Hotel is in a great location, easy access to the mall and highways. The room was clean and we definitely made use of the kitchen area, since we have food allergies in our house. Breakfast in the morning looked amazing. All the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. I’m sure we’ll stay again.

Pay attention to your booking of this hotel. If it doesn’t include free parking they will charge you over $10 for parking.

I love how it's literally across from the MOA. There's shuttle service to give you a ride to the mall and airport. There's also a place you can walk to get to the mall. There's breakfast place (iHop) and also a tex mex place great for drinks. The staff are very professional, welcoming, and sweet. Will definitely book with them again!

The breakfast on our first day didn't hit right. Wasn't to my liking. Wish they had pancakes/waffle makers. Would take that anyday. But everything else were great.

The breakfast was very good. Had a small buffet and other breakfast items to choose from. Room was clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was awesome. Didn’t need to find parking to go to the MOA.

Our room was not ready by the 3 pm check in time. Our rooms were not close to each other they were on completely opposite sides of the building.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty and the front desk staff was amazing… especially Tay. She was so nice, informative and exactly what you should have in a front desk employee.

Would have preferred to not be on the first floor. Only because our view was the parking lot and I didn’t like the idea of people walking past my room and seeing in.
