The location across the street from MOA was perfect. The indoor pool and late hours of operation is why I chose this location. It gave us time to explore the mall late and still let the kids unwind by swimming prior to bed. The surrounding restaurants were close enough to walk and everyone was friendly. There was a firepit that was on that I would've liked to enjoy and the lobby was clean and cute. There was a carbon monoxide detector in the room which gave me relief at night.

In the pool area, the chlorine levels were extremely high. My eyes were burning just sitting in the area watching my kids. My kids woke up with sore and swollen eyes as if they had a chemical reaction, and I had to wash the chlorine smell out of my hair, but I didn't even swim.

Check in was quick and easy. Gentleman at the front desk was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Room was adequate. Nothing fancy. Was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location and its proximity to the Mall of America. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and better than most continental breakfasts.

Found it strange that the refrigerator had a timer on it. Maybe I looked at that wrong because why would a fridge have a 2 hour timer on it? The shower curtain wouldn't fully close since it was on a decline.

It was great! The front desk people are so nice ! We came from out of town taking our yearly trip (we visited mall of America) and every single employee made us feel comfortable and helped us with places to go and etc. the pool area has 2 big pools and 2 big jacuzzis and the pool area is open until 12am!! The restaurants connected were a plus also ! The only thing that was a little downfall was that the bed wasn’t horrible but it also wasn’t the softest of comfiest bed I’ve slept on. But overall my experience was GREAT!

Breakfast was great with variety to choose from, great team at the reception like Pierre and the rest. Good location and the linked restaurants that made it easy in the crazy coldness

Unserviced heaters in the room dirty filters remitting bad air, and not heating well. Then housekeeping needs to do better with cleaning and scrubbing the bathtubs, sink and regular cleaning of coffee maker, there is need for focused cleaning of the rooms. please warmer beddings would be ideal

Great breakfast, nice pools and hot tubs with enough space for several guests, warm rooms, comfortable beds, close to the mall of America.

One employee at the front desk wasn’t unpleasant, but it was a bit irritating when I told him what I wanted (to buy discount park attraction tickets and how many we would need - he wrote it all down), then he asked for my ID and room number and then asked how he could help me. It left me very confused and I don’t know where the miscommunication happened with that conversation…

Staff were amazing and so friendly! We were there for my sons birthday and they loaded him up with treats (because him and his brother were so excited telling everyone it was his birthday haha). Even down to the maintenance men we encountered around the hotel were just so friendly! I have to say I have never experienced hospitality like this anywhere else. The rooms were also very nice and spacious and the location was perfect! A quick 2 minute walk to the entrance of Mall of America. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit the area!

Staff .members were very efficient and pleasant. Elevators went from top floor to first floor very fast.

Refrigerator did not have a freezer and did not run continually; it ran for 2 hours then went into some kind of sleep mode until the on button was pushed to go another 2 hours. This was not practical for traveller's needing to keep medication (like insulin) or certain dietary items cool continually. If this is the new mode, then information should be posted on the refrigerator for guests. Also, the luggage carts are almost useless. If you hang a garment bag on the hook you cannot see where you are going. If you have small suitcases or travel bags they fall through the opening on the bottom and/or the rear of the cart. They are also hard to turn when in motion. Absolutely dysfunctional.

The staff were incredibly nice and were good at their job! The room was beautiful, and the bathroom had a fan, which was a really great perk! The hot tubs were absolutely incredible, and there were two, so it was never too crowded or a large issue of kids causing a ruckus for others(that we experienced). On top of all of that, the elevators were exceptional! There was never a wait time longer than 3 minutes for the elevator to arrive. They also offered free shuttle rides to the Mall of America, and the two shuttle drivers we had were also very nice and sociable. It was overall very wonderful!

There really wasn't much that we didn't like. The only thing I would really count as a negative would be that we asked a housekeeper if they would be willing to take out the dirty towels from our room and replace them with clean ones while we were out, but it never got done. It's not a big deal, and we probably should have gone to the front desk anyways, but that was it!

The staff was very kind and the only thing we had a problem with was this booking site here that apparently it didn't send over my reservation. But they were still able to get us in and find it some how. They got us in right away for a room and it was cozy and spacious! It is close to the Mall of America within walking distance. A great site would do it again!

The only thing is Booking.com not sending it over but it was pretty much the only thing!

It was conveniently located next to restaurants and the Mall of America. I also was a VERY big fan of breakfast. It is the entire reason I enjoy staying at Country Inn & Suites locations.

The pool. There was a lot of rowdy teenagers for the majority of my stay and I had young kids I didn’t feel comfortable bringing them down to swim.
