It was very clean and well managed.

It was a bit difficult to adjust the temperature in the room. The thermostat wasn’t securely attached to the wall. Also, when I changed the temperature it kept reverting back to 70 degrees. It was a bit frustrating, but after a few attempts the temperature remained at the temperature I wanted. Also, it would be nice if there was a sign at the pool prohibiting playing ball in the pool. My daughter wasn’t able to enjoy her trip to the pool as about 5 to 6 boys and a man were throwing a ball and took up the whole area of the pool. My daughter wasn’t able to only able to stand at the stairs in the water for about 10-15 minutes and then she got out as she thought that by waiting she would have a chance to enjoy the water, but unfortunately that didn’t happen.

The hotel seemed like a newer building. The lobby was very clean and so was our room. The beds were very comfortable and there were multiple ports and outlets for all of our devices. It was within walking distance from the Mall of America and the Literail public transit system. There were amenities like a pool and fitness room, however we did not utilize them. I would categorize the breakfast as above traditional continental. They served eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and French toast on our first morning with eggs, Canadian bacon, hashbrowns, and pancakes on our second morning.

I called the property a few times and got mixed feelings regarding service. The first individual was a male and very pleasant while the second was a female and was very short. We felt the same short unpleasantness at check-in as well but could not verify if it was the same individual. There is plenty of parking on-site but they still charge $15 a day. The sink in the bathroom was only hot water. When we tried to go over to cold it would go to a trickle and only be lukewarm. Later on our second day, there was no hot water, however, this was remedied by morning. The TVs went out at some point on our second day as well and we were never notified as to why or what went wrong.

HONEST REVIEW: The room was very cute and clean. All around great location next to the mall. The staff was AMAZING especially Haley and Joe. Haley was by far the best receptionist we have had while traveling. She was very kind, very personable, and helped with an issues we had. Joe was by far the best bartender we have also ever had. He was very quick to make sure we were taken care of and was all around an amazing individual to have a conversation with. 10/10 recommend the location from the mall, how clean and cozy it was, and all around the spectacular staff!

Very convenient to the mall of America and other attractions in Minnesota.. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice, I just wish it was warmer.

The only thing is the food in their "restaurant" was not very good. I wouldn't eat there again. I would just grab something before coming back or get something delivered. It's not really a.resturant, you order from the bar and everything is air fried with one or two air fryers. Drinks were good but very expensive.

Excellent location. Very comfortable bed and nice sized room with a kitchenette. Lots of room for all of our belongings and for getting ready and chilling in the room. The breakfast was pretty standard but good.

The fact that the pool heater was broken, so one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel wasn't even available to us, and having to pay extra for parking when most other hotels in the area have free parking. The motion sensitive bathroom light that lit up the whole bathroom area because the bed was right across from the bathroom. Why not just have to use the switch? Then you can slide the door closed before turning on the light so that others aren't woken up hen you use the bathroom.

Clean and very kind employees , especially your shuttle driver, even though he was very cold because the lobby for some reason was very cold, he was super kind to the guest, he’s work ethic was very impressive, but he seems so hopeless, sometimes you need to ask your employees if they’re ok because they matter to.

The employees was freezing cold in the lobby , that’s the only thing will stop me from giving a great review, take care of your employees and they will take care of your business.

The Hyatt House Mall of America, is close by to the Mall of America in Minneapolis. You can walk there (it´s about a 15 minutes walk) or arrange the hotel shuttle to take you there. Nice rooms, they are big and clean. Great breakfast included. I had a really good experience and it´s good if you are travelling alone or with family. It´s a new hotel so looks brand new.

I didn´t like that it was hard for me to reach them by phone, since I was coming overseas and couldn´t call them at the airport. It was hard for me to book the free Airport Shuttle that they offer to get to the hotel.

The staff (all the ladies) are very friendly and helpful. I like to see people smile while they work. It shows they are happy. 😀 The bed was amazing! It was like sleeping in a feather bed!

I did not like the 15.00 charge for a parking fee. That feels deceptive and cheap, especially when it is not included in the booking fee, and there is a big huge sign in the foyer explaining there is a parking charge.

Breakfast was so so. Good was empty. We arrived in room at 915. No bagels. Eggs or potatoes. They were working on getting food out. Person at front desk told us a few times. Was jot able to find any napkins. The sausage you are using was the worst I have had. I took one bite and had to spit it out. Had no taste. Not sure what you are using. Was awful

The room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The reception and staff did not understand customer service. During our stay we only got a solution from one male staff while others pass you on the corridor and even the reception look with disdain. Well we were there for our stay and not their complement. But it will go along way to increase the warmth of the facility and management.
