Location was close to the i-494 and only a block away from the Mall of America good distance from everything that you need to do towards downtown Minneapolis. Food was great at the restaurant didn't use all the facilities while there but overall good stay

The in-room storage/ closet area wasn't functional not enough drawers or space for clothes to put up on your hangers my particular room only had four hangers had to request more other than that the space for clothes wasn't the standard I would like at that hotel need to rethink the storage space in my opinion they went with the modern look it was wasted space

The rooms were very clean and the location is exceptional to anywhere you want to go in the Minneapolis area. The light rail train station is right in front of the property. The staff were super friendly and the front desk manager mark was in constant communication and very conscientious about making sure I received the adjoining rooms that I requested when making the reservation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. You will not be disappointed! Kudos to everyone at the hotel keep up the good work!

My fiancée and I loved staying here! The staff was very friendly and eager to help out in any way they could. The hotel was kept up and was very clean. There is a light rail station right out front that can take you to the mall of America, the airport and downtown if you so choose. They also have a shuttle. The hotel bar was also very nice. Good food and fast service. We will definitely be looking for other Hyatt Regency’s to stay at in our future travels!

The pool on the second floor only goes to 3 feet at its deepest. Not really an issue to change my mind on a hotel but I love to swim and that’s too shallow for a pool!

This was probably the best hotel I've stayed. I usually book the same range price. Metro was near by so me and my son was able to explore. I love the quiet neighbourhood. Lots of trees around the hotel, place to chill in nature. Shuttle bus driver and staff was very friendly.

AC was bit too cold for me but I was able to just go outside and relax. There were no near by mall or restaurant but Metro was 1 min walk.

The bar was open late which was a positive as I coach hockey and spend long hours at the rink into the late evening. The kitchen was also open for me when I arrived at the hotel which was a surprise being a brought food back with me so unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to order anything.

There was hair in my sink and the rim of the toilet. There was also a dirty sock left in the corner of my room.

We didn't eat the breakfast but the dinners we had were very good. The location was great and the transportation to the airport and pricing was a plus and the reason we picked to stay there. We arrived early and we were able to get a room. The staff were pleasant, from the drivers ,bar tender, and front desk personal.

I didn't find the pillows or bed very comfortable. They seemed to be a little hard to me.

The room was modern, comfortable, the somewhat small space well-used and a hotel that finally got the lighting right: Warm and even dimmable in one lamp. There was a nice green space outside for an lovely evening walk.

The reception and restaurant area were a little cramped for a conference-level hotel and there was a bit of creaking from upstairs, but otherwise, everything was great!

The staff was awesome. To call out one in particular was Mark. He assisted us throughout our stay. We were locked out of the room due to changing the locks and I must say maintenance, security, front desk staff and the lock guys you hired did everything they could and got is back in our room. After that, they made sure the door was functioning properly. Everyone we went past and chatted with had a smile on their faces and was very pleasant. Thank you for a restful and peaceful time.

We loved that it was close to the Mall of America and the highway. It was only 10 minutes away from my husbands family were we were spending most of our time with for thanksgiving week. The pool was great not too cold. My baby woke up from his nap and was able to go in the pool without being in a shock cause it was too cold. Everything was great.

With a baby I wish our room could have been more closer to the entering/exiting doors as well parking. They had an event and we had to park far it was snowing a little and really cold. So on top of walking the parking lot to enter the hotel we had to walk to the 5th floor and to the other side of the hotel to our room. Could we have asked for a closer room and lower lever, yes we could have. Could they have seen oh they have a baby maybe they would be more comfortable and more convenient to be closer to the doors and lower level with a baby. Besides that everything was amazing, we even ended up extending our stay one extra day.

Check in was excellent. The staff there was warm and welcoming. The room was oversized and very comfortable. It was nice and clean. The mirror in the bathroom was the best ever to put on make-up!! We were near the airport and did not hear any noise. The restaurant in the lobby was good and convenient. There is a mini mart in the lobby as well. Everything is very nice and new. The front is across from a park to walk your dog. The parking is outside and not very expensive per night. However, the food is a bit pricey. Close to The Mall of America and Airport with Shuttle service I believe, not used.

It would have been perfect if it had a free breakfast.
