Overall the hotel was maintained well, had a adequate breakfast included with the room rate and the staff was friendly and helpful where we had questions. The room was of a great size and included a mini-refrigerator, microwave, sink with filtered water for drinking, plates, silverware, etc. Also, the TV included in the room as large and easy to view. Finally the location is great, as it was just across the street to the east of the Mall of America (if that was one of your destinations) also, it was just minutes away from Interstate 494 and close to the Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport.

A couple things that need improvement, (1) the need to pay $12.00 + tax for parking when almost every other hotels in the area included parking for free. Even to find this additional requirement to pay for parking on the web-site was not obvious and should be stated-up front with the room rate (need to search through room amenities) as I was caught off guard about the need to pay when checking-in! (2) The carpeting in our room was in need of cleaning, as we accidentally spilled some water on the carpeted area and used a white paper towel to soak it up- it came back a light brown - not good.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff at this hotel were super professional and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were treated to fresh water that had been infused with mint, melon, and lemon upon check-in, which was a really nice surprise. The hotel is easy to navigate to/from. You're literally a 2 minute walk away from shops and restaurants within the Mall of America. If you're not feeling the Mall, there are 2 restaurants next door. We dined at the Hazelwood and it was top notch. The property itself is beautiful, with clear attention to detail in the decorating. Our room was immaculately clean, and the layout was perfect for our family. The pool was a hit with my kids, and the breakfast spread was impressive, with tons of options and a superb coffee bar with the coffee, itself, being exceptional. One of the standout features for me was the shower design, which included a hidden ceiling light/vent. It's exactly what I'm planning for our basement at home! The filtered water faucet was another nice touch. I've never seen that in a hotel room. I rarely sleep well in hotels, but I slept like a baby both nights. I woke up feeling refreshed and my back didn't hurt or anything. Highly recommended!

Like the vast majority of hotels, the water pressure in the shower leaves you wondering if something could be done about it.

Very good front desk team! The lounge was beautiful and spacious, lots of charging ports available to let you work on your devices. Access to complimentary food and beverages, which were delicious, made the lounge area even more enjoyable during the morning. The room was well furnished; it was pragmatic in its simplicity but not lacking essentials. I enjoyed the small kitchenette especially!

The outside/hallway noise was very loud, like it was inside of my own room. I was able to hear everyone entering and leaving their rooms or talking in the hallway as well as the barking of a dog inside of another room. I would advise that property management find better noise insulation for the rooms to prevent complaints regarding this matter.

Perfect location to visit the Mall of America! Close enough to easily walk back and forth. Super comfortable beds. Nice pool, jacuzzi, and breakfast. Very clean throughout.

The only complaint I have is we were put in a handicap accessible room, which we didn’t book. We booked a normal double queen room. The room itself was fine, but the shower was terrible. Every time we turned the shower on, the bathroom flooded, due to the shower curtain having about a two inch gap at the bottom. No big deal, other than having to keep towels on the floor to soak up all the water each time. I wish we would have had a room with a normal shower without the water all over the floor every day. Other than that, perfect stay.

It was a beautiful facility with a robust array of breakfast foods and beverages. The pool and lounge areas were adequately cleaned and supplied for an enjoyable experience. Though I didn't use the gym it also looked to be well equipped and sanitary. Staff were all kind and pleasant. Being pet friendly was a huge perk. The rooms themselves are lovely, the beds are quite comfortable and the small wet bar is well stocked. Worth every cent, the location is phenomenal!

Planes flying overhead were initially a concern, however, I didn't hear them at all during the night.

The breakfast, gym, location, spa water were all fantastic! It was our third or fourth time staying! The lobby is also perfect for guests. Nice to have a few restaurants right next door!

There wasn’t a bathroom fan. It was hard to circulate fresh air into the room. I missed the Christmas tree that was in the entry way last year. They only had one in the corner. Bummer that they are charging $12 for parking per night now. It was good to know our vehicle was being watched though.

Location of this hotel was perfect for us. We did a night at the Hockey game and it was only a 15min drive to the city. Then a day pass at Great wolf that was about 3 min away and then Mall of America, right across the street! The room was so nice and clean and fir our family of 5 perfect! The staff was super accommodating and helpful.

The pillows were pretty bad. The rest of the room and bed was great.

Proximity to airport and the Mall. Rooms laid out nicely..loved the room.

Front desk staff is inattentive to guests. They don’t acknowledge people , they are slumped over looking at screens. They actually are borderline rude. Evening reception is a joke and was put out late as was breakfast (the hot part). Front doors stay locked until 6:00 am..at 6:30 still locked “yea, that sign needs to be changed..you’re not the only one”. It’s time for some standards at the front desk.

The hotel was gorgeous! Room was top notch and the view from our window was awesome. Loved the location, another plus for our trip to the MOA!! All areas of the hotel were clean, modern, and very spacious. Equipped with a pool, hot tub, and work out area. Plus a super nice check in slash main room area with tv & plenty of seating! Great continental breakfast included with our stay as well. We had a great experience!!
