Family friendly and accommodating employees, but communication prior was not good.

The website questions said there was a shuttle to the Mall of America, which was a main factor in selecting this property. When we got there we found that there is no shuttle so we had to pay for a Lyft every time we went to the mall. Also, I messaged the property twice to see if they had an airport shuttle. They never responded.

I liked the location, and the ease of getting on and off the interstate. I liked the many activities that were offered to the kids for entertainment. The staff were great even when they were tired. I liked the room size, amenities, and cleanliness.

I would have liked to have had one more sit down restaurant option that was more fancy casual. I would have liked to see a Starbucks or Caribou coffee added. I'm sorry, but Dunkin Donuts coffee really tastes terrible. A curtain dividing the bunk beds from the adult bed goes a long way for parents to enjoy each others company without prying eyes getting more than they bargained for.

Really large, clean and comfortable rooms.

The atmosphere is absolutely wild. Really crowded and chaotic. If you know what to expect then it might be what you're looking for.

Location was great! Visited MOA.

The rooms seem out dated. Not sure if the shower was stained or if it was meant to have marks. Ultimately for the cost i would have liked to have housekeeping make the beds our second night.

The food we had was very good. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was very friendly. The room was a good size had plenty of room.

Was hard to find a parking spot. The water park was very crowded. We ordered food on the app from the restaurant when we went to pick it up it was given to someone else. The water park closed at 8:00 pm

Just the right size for two 6-year old girls. For a swimming break they went to Nickelodeon Universe.

my rooms was a bit expensive for the quality, I expected more for the price. Bedding quality was poor.

We ended up booking our stay last minute and our kids had a blast at the water park. Our room and beds were comfortable and we loved that we could stay at the water park the whole next day for our 1 night reservation.

Only complaint would be really cold AC (probably a non problem for most folks) and late open for the water park (10 am.)

very clean, fun atmosphere, decorated well, tons of interactive things for kids, bar in the waterpark. very fun place for everyone in the family to enjoy themselves.

not everything was open as far as restaurants and attractions including water slides. water slides that were supposed to open up according to the signage (that we were standing in line for) never did and the park without any notice shut down from 1-4:45. no hot tub. left feeling like we didn’t get the full experience but wish we had because it’s such a cool place. the character experiences are fun for small kids but would have rather been able to use all the watersides it’s the reason we came.

It was a nice facility, staff was welcoming and professional.

The room was very expensive. Every activity was expensive, so we didn’t do any extra activities.
