Nice comfortable quiet room for this part of my stay, so wish I had kept the room for the rest of my unexpected stay. I did get to move my belongings to the shoebox they gave me for my next 3 nites. I have no microwave, frig, or even a coffee maker, people outside my window. My daughter came from Arkansas and got a queen suite like I first had and while we were at Abbott with my oldest her refrigerator leaked all over the floor. I had $45 in food go bad today due to no frig and was refused a coffee pot. This was a emergency trip I never expected to take, never expected to be here as long as I have to and am working with little money. So disappointed considering how nice the 6-8 were. This room now sucks. At the very least give me a coffee pot. Damn. If I could cancel and be refunded right away I would go elsewhere and so would my daughter. I'm discovering closterphobia as I type

Both rooms on 1st floor close to the office, lobby, breakfast area. 110 was quiet secure and as a woman alone I did feel safe. 109 overlooking the parking lot with people outside my window took away my quiet secure feeling, and refusing to give me a coffee pot just wrong. I'm sorry, I am used to at least a coffee pot and coffee in every room I have ever stayed and if I had gotten one like I requested would have been giving you a excellent rating. I'm

I honestly didn't eat the breakfast but you could never go wrong with bananas or even a muffin or a bagel I honestly didn't look long enough to see what all was available. Sorry that I can't give more details about it.

The menu in the room was outdated although the food looked really good my family I and was pretty excited to try it out but the place was permanently closed. There was a number of items that were pretty outdated the phone and coffee table in the room the exercise equipment etc... Overall a upgrade is very much needed.

Not sure who keeps changing my review inputs, but my stay here for the 13 days was peaceful. No construction noise and the staff and cleaning of my room was above and beyond. Facility was clean in the common areas and the location offered all needs within a reasonable distance. Wally Mart is right across the street.

13 days went by too fast!

Great location right in the middle of h to r city and close to the airport. Good parking. Not too crowded. Free breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. Great value for the price. The staff was very friendly. Very easy and not complicated stay.

There is not too much seating for breakfast and the choices for breakfast are limited. The elevator broke on my last day and I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs.

Management staff was very friendly & accommodating.

I was traveling with an infant, which is a lot of work. I was maybe 3 minutes past 11am (checkout) and had just gotten done packing the car, and went back in to get my child & head to checkout. The cleaning staff saw me struggling to get everything out, yet made a rude comment to me (in Spanish, not knowing I spoke Spanish & understood them). They made it seem like it was such an inconvenience on them that I was running not even 5 minutes behind.

The location was great. Located so you can get around and shop. Near Mall of America, IKEA, and a Walmart across the street.

The mini fridge made a weird sound from time to time. It woke me up when I was sleeping. But my room was very nice and clean.

We were just looking for a place to sleep comfortability, clean up, have a light breakfast and be very reasonably priced. This fit the bill perfectly because we were busy in town all day.

Good location, close to airport. Room clean, shower adaquate. Beds comfortable.

No electric outlet near night stand between beds, very inconvenient!!! Breakfast started after we needed to leave for airport.

Very nice staff. The rooms are clean, housekeeping does a great job and is very friendly. The hotel is a bit dated, but the location and value are good.

Breakfast could be better; at least liquid coffee creamers.
