easy check in, staff seemed friendly enough

cost of breakfast 18$ per person is crazy. How about just offering something lite for your quest, coffee and a roll of some sort? With the cost of inflation it just might help getting people in. I always look for a hotel with breakfast included just saying

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and looks very nice. We liked they had an area for pleasure and business. They always had cold or hot beverages available when guested walked in or out of the entrance door. We liked that they had shuttle service from and to the airport as well as to & from the Mall of America. This is a great hotel to stay . My friend only had one issue with her bed sinking to deep in the middle, but the staff fixed us right up with another room the same day. You will not regret staying here.

The location was great. Facilities great. The rate for the room was decent. Great parking.

This property is listed as pet friendly. It is not. It is pet discriminatory. They have a $125 pet fee (nonrefundable, it is not a deposit or incidental fee). This is the highest rate I have ever paid in my life. Also they make you hang a pet sign on your door. Which felt like a target on our room. Also our carpet was so filthy my toddlers white socks went black in the soles. Which makes me question what this pet cleaning fee is even for.

Shuttle service was amazing, loved the internet tv function having restaurant in the hotel was good too as there’s not many restaurants near by unless you go to mall

The shower sprayed water outside the curtain which was annoying and the drain was not cleaned properly as there was hair build up. The staff at the front desk weren’t always super helpful

Sofa bed was horrible--mattress was too thin, felt the metal bar/springs all night! The towels were very rough & scratchy--use fabric softener! Only one mirror over sink--difficult to use for make-up & hairstyling. The room felt very humid!!

Our room was huge with a balcony. The bed was SO comfy and the natural light was nice. The property is pet friendly also so we were able to bring our boy. The bar and restaurant is awesome. Breakfast isn’t included but worth it to pay as it is buffet style with fresh food.

The parking could’ve been better as it was difficult to park at the end of the day and the interstate is so loud.

The front desk staff person was extremely helpful. Our reservation didn't come through from booking.com and he was able to help me get in touch with the customer service at booking, took the call from the booking.com person, and handled what was clearly a rude and belligerant person through booking.com with professionalism and persistence. He was able to get the issue resolved and was very accomodating to our large family of 5 waiting around in the lobby for over an hour!

The breakfast at Jake’s was a wonderful addition to our stay.

Breakfast was amazing, however, it was clear that the resteraunt was understaffed. The chef was great and the waitress was fantastic however she was running all over the place to get things placed on tables and ready for the next guest. Other guests as well as ourselves had to wait a long time to be seated due to being under staffed. This wait time could be avoided if an additional staff was assigned to the breakfast area.

The breakfast was very impressive, watching my omelette get cooked was wonderful the server was great with conversation and keeping it clean.

The only thing I didn't like and should not have tolerated , not even for one night ,was the musty smell of the room even though it was clean that smell seam to linger

The trees in the parking area were BEAUTIFUL!! The restaurant was super cute and had an outside area. Super chill and comfortable eating area. The front desk ladies were on point! Thank you for a stress free stay!! Christian
