I found this place to be an excellent location to spend a long weekend. It's probably 2 miles to the Mall of America and there is a Walmart a few blocks down the street. The room was clean and met my expectations. I didn't use the little kitchen to cook but I did utilize the refrigerator and microwave. No issues whatsoever during my stay. I will absolutely book here again if visiting the Twin Cities!

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Shuttle to and from the airport and Mall of America, making shopping very convenient.
Some vehicles were broken into during our visit. Fortunately ours was not bothered, but it was still a bit unnerving.

My experience was absolutely fantastic! Everything exceeded my expectations, from the exceptional service to the top-notch amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The environment was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended—10/10!

Nice and uncomplicated welcome. Cheerfully decorated, modern lobby. Simple, well kept room offered all we needed for our short stay. Location was ideal for us.
Bathroom fixtures and shower were a bit older. Air conditioner was a little loud but these are just small things.

Everything was great, but I would warn anyone who couldn’t handle some walking, as the mainstay has rooms that are a long ways from the front door.

Price and convenience of room. Confy bed! Staff nice.
Communication on shuttle Took 2 hr after landing to get picked up. Booking gave manager s number and number in google gave was another Booking agent. Few cooking pans in kitchen. Lousy veiw.

Airport shuttle was very convenient, close to some restaurants.
There was a strange smell in the hallways. I couldn’t tell if it was mold, mildew, or something else.
