This hotel is across the street from the mall of america, an 8 minute walk to the entrance. The hotel has a great varierty for breakfast. With a different special each day. They also had a convient store at the front desk for a quick grab and go option. The carts at the front were great to wheel in luggage and we loved the full fridge/freezer combo in the room. We saved money bringing water and dinner to make with us.

Not the hotels fault at all, just bad timing the pool pump was out while we were there. But on a huge positive note. The pool is a good size and great to unwind in.

This motel is located adjacent to the Mall of America complex; it's about a 2 block walk to the light rail station and the mall entrance. The staff were unusually friendly and helpful -- the woman who was prepping the breakfast buffet was really helpful -- she even went from table to table to see if people needed anything! The desk clerk at night also was good. The small kitchenette in the room was welcome -- we heated up some food and washed our dishes there. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was right!

Cannot fault this hotel. We were greeted by the kindest staff member who allowed us to check-in early and arranged a late check-out. Our room was cosy with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was the best - cook your own waffles, delicious bacon and the staff, especially Martha H, was so kind, funny and an absolute asset to the company. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommend to all friends and family travelling to the area. Also, just across the road from the Mall of America. Very convenient location.

Loved the entire room that we booked to include the pull out bed. It was perfect for small children to accompany in a one bedroom suite.

The only thing we didn’t like was not having meat served during weekdays for breakfast. It was unusual to only have eggs as a protein on weekdays. Other than that, the hotel was great.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. Quiet.

The electronic signal for arrival to each floor inside the elevator is really poor; needs repair. The breakfast was subpar. I saw Raisin Bran on the cereal dispenser window, but what dispensed was some kind of sugar-laden raisin crunch cereal. Very disappointing. The eggs were fake. Everything prefab.

Loved the breakfast in the morning and how clean the room was. Nice and easy access to the blue line metro and Mall of America.

The kids running up and down the hallway and slamming cupboard doors until 3am. Also, I didn’t know the hotel was right underneath the flight path from Minneapolis airport. I had to sleep with ear plugs and it still woke me up. Every 10-15 minutes a plane seemed to take off and it was super loud. So, I hardly slept.

Comfortable room with full kitchen, Pet friendly, right near the mall of America and highways, lovely staff

It is overpriced for what it is. All these level of hotels need to improve what they provide as free breakfast. It is heavily processed microwaved food. This is not specific to this hotel but is general feedback I am giving during my cross country road trip.

When I checked in on saturday june 24th about 12pm the woman on duty was so nice to us and answered any questions we had. The woman on 2nd shift on Sunday was also extremely helpful and gave us lots of info regarding the area…The man that worked the over night shift on Saturday was also extremely nice as well and willing to help. Anytime we come to the area in the future we will definitely stay here.. As well as we were informed the policy regarding pets and next time just might bring the puppy; now knowing how that works

They are a dog friendly property. Staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Location perfect for quick access to highways and local attractions. Design of suite rooms is very well thought out. Kitchen has everything needed including good sized refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, and even a dishwasher! Breakfast was a nice option and included in the price. Very good value for the dollar.

There were only a few free standing restaurant options close by but Mall of America is across the street with every option imaginable.

The location and value were excellent. The breakfast was the best I have had compared with similar hotel chains. The room was comfortable and well layed out
