EVERYTHING!! I have literally stayed at over 100 hotel around the USA and I have NEVER been able to state this, Everything from the front Desk (Katie) to the shuttle driver (Who was amazing) to the cleanest most comfortable room we have ever stayed in. There is usually something wrong from the odd odor to a room to the stomping of people above us. I Can not find 1 thing to complain about on our stay. Beds were super comfortable, rooms were spotless, looks and feels like this hotel just had a makeover, it is that nice. It may have been just a tad spendy but let me tell you, I WILL be staying at this hotel again and I hope it goes as well as last night. I want to thank everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

I like the modern vibe of the room and the colorful lobby area. It’s very very close to the Mall of America, IKEA, IHOP and so much more including transit. I didn’t have the continental breakfast or use the pool, gym, laundry, but all nice to have access to! Staff were very quick and friendly and I found it to be very clean.

I just wish that the garbage were a little bigger to accommodate waste from eating in the room, etc. Bigger towels would be an added bonus and we originally had 3 pillows in a king room, at least 4 would be great. We did ask for a few more though and staff brought them to us which was great!

It was clean. I had to stay over in Minneapolis due to a flight cancellation. The staff here were superb. I didn't have my luggage so they gave me toiletries. The following day I was working in the main area, the manager stopped by (and other staff) to see if I needed anything and to let me know where drinks were etc. The manager even gave me a couple of bottles of water. They made a not so great situation wonderful.

Nothing - this hotel was clean. The breakfast was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here. A 10 minute walk to the Mall of America.

The included breakfast had quite a bit to choose from and was very good. The only complaint I have was that they charged $10 per night for parking. Nowhere was that mentioned in the description. Not like ten bucks is a lot of money, but it just felt like getting squeezed for no good reason. Just raise the room price by $10 and tell me its free. I would feel better about hat. There is plenty to do as well. They have a pool, pool table, ,bean bags, board games, giant com.ect 4, outdoor fire pit and lounge area. Super close to Mall of America. We were able to walk to the mall in 9 minutes. Way easier to walk than to deal with parking garages and then still having to hike to the building. TRU also offers a free shuttle to the mall.

We loved everything! It was a great time. We used the shuttle our entire trip. Drivers were great. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices. Loved the sitting are .Felt homey!! A very family oriented Hotel. We also liked your information boards.Very helpful. Loved everything. We will be back.

The only thing I didn't like, the PILLOWS The look good till you lay your head on them. They go flat. Horrible PILLOWS The only change needed is better PILLOWS

Seriously outstanding. The staff was super awesome and genuinely cared. The rooms were very up to date and clean. The pool was a great temperature and clean. The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. They have many options and if you need something, they have people there tending to your every need. The pancakes and waffles were awesome. We asked for a late checkout and they made it happen no problem. They have an accommodating shuttle that runs to MOA, among other places. Up to date lobby with games, pool, and snacks/drinks to buy. This place is WELL worth the money. 10/10.

The hotel was very clean. They are obviously well staffed here because we were always seeing workers cleaning the lobby, halls or rooms. The front desk was efficient and friendly. TV made the kids happy since it had more streaming options. Very close to the Mall of America and five minutes from the airport (which is a good and bad thing—very loud planes would wake me up). That being said,great hotel but don’t expect a restful sleep. Thin walls. And don’t get near the ice machine. Seriously I could hear the neighbors’ conversations, words on their TV, and their alarms going off. I have stayed near airports around the world but never felt like the planes were landing in my room. If it wasn’t for this I would have given it a 10 but have to be honest.

That the Whirlyball Restaurant attached closed before the Superbowl ended on that Sunday! A lot of local places closed early because it was a Sunday! I would have thought due to the Superbowl they would have made an exception, but that was not the case.

Mike the front desk person when we checked in is very nice. I liked that I was able to call the hotel and get an actual person. Beds are comfortable and I appreciated the non carpeted floor. They do not have the usual individual toiletries and soaps, but offer them in dispensers. The breakfast is nice and well stocked. They have a pancake making machine, the mini Belgian waffle maker, bagels, bread for toast and muffins. Packets for oatmeal, yogurt, juice and cold cereal. There does appear to be only 1% milk though. The gym is very nice, clean several machines and they all seem to work and free weights. I would stay here again.

Very little covers on the bed and what were there were thin. The mini fridge is very small, no freezer section.

Great location for MOA Pleasant shuttle to take you to and from the MOA and the airport.

I’ve stayed at more than a few Tru hotels and the walls are paper thin! If someone is staying a floor above you it sounds like a herd of elephants. And you can hear everything from all sides of the room. Whole conversations included! 2 different states and 3 different Tru hotels and they are all like this. The people next to me had children and they were romping around their room so much it was shaking the furniture in my room.
