very comfortable place to crash after our flight was delayed. room was super clean and the towels were the densest, fluffiest hotel towels i've ever used. we initially went to the wrong doubletree, because there are two in the area, and the front desk at the wrong hotel was kind enough to tell their shuttle driver and get us a free ride to the correct location.

parts of the facility are a little dated and hallways are confusing to navigate. we had a complicated issue with our booking that led to us being charged for the room when it should have been free (we had a voucher from our airline) but a quick visit to the front desk before checkout got the situation resolved.

I stayed here as Delta Airlines cancelled my International Flight to Amsterdam. Found it as a good location to spend a night in MSP. Very close to the airport and Mall of America. Clean and nice rooms. The restaurant was nice and open late. Good food and good service, although a little pricey. The staff was welcoming, but overran as Delta was sending a bunch of passengers to stay there. The woman at the guest services was kind and helped me with some booking issues and the use of Delta Vouchers. I would stay here again if looking for an airport near the MSP Intl Airport or MOA. I also liked that they have a free shuttle that takes you to and from the airport.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the bar made good drinks. It was very convenient as well. Close to Mall of America and Restaurants. Also close to the airport with an airport shuttle.

The drinks at the bar were $25 a piece. Very expensive. The free shuttle only left the hotel every hour, so if you had to go somewhere, then you had to wait. You could not make an appointment to go to the airport at a certain time.

The location was very accessible to our event locations. Nice bedding and towels

No free Wi-Fi or continental breakfast. For the price, these could be included. There were some moldy areas in the bathroom/shower - there was not a fan in the bathroom. The light fixtures were very dirty Tv remote did not work well. Check out time was 11 am. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room at 8:30am. There was a knock and then very quickly they tried to enter. Definitely not enough time for us to answer the door!!! Staff at the cafe was pushy about us leaving a tip. Not cool

Nice property, located across the street from Ikea and the Mall of America. Smart TV you can use your own apps on. Large room with plenty of space! I had booked one night and was able to arrive a day early and not have to move rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The vent above the shower was filthy and covered in dust, there was a sticker that was removed from clothing in the floor of the room. There were pictures on here that showed a hot tub but the hot tub was filled with plants so they definitely don't plan to fix that.

Breakfast was not included. The restaurant was available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the coffee shop or diner.. Rooms were clean, beds were great. Pool was fun. Staff was very accommodating. We actually stayed our first and last night of our trip. and were quite content.

Hotel is huge so could be a long trip to your room. Room was actually small compared to the public rooms, Not really any real negatives.

Very convenient location! The reason I booked here as well. Not only close to the airport, but also mall of America and outlets. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Not much of an issue but more of a recommendation - hallway could use some renovation as well. First you walk in to this nice lobby and it looks all nice and new. then you got your room key and walked in the hallway that leads to your room - there sure was a condition difference 😅

wish it would include breakfast, breakfast place they have now is way to pricey

Although we weren't planning on staying here- booked last minute after our flight was diverted- the hotel was just fine for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great flow, pressure and amenities, and the climate control worked well.

The only complaint was that the "courtyard view" was of a humorously small enclosed area with an AC unit. It didn't bother us since we were just there to sleep.
