The location was great and the hotel providing a shuttle service to and from the Mall of America was exceptionally beneficial as we spent most of our time there! The staff was wonderful and always willing to assist when needed. The breakfast included was very tasty, in fact, I unintentionally ended up so full the remainder of the day we had to adjust our dinner plans! I don't think I overate I just think they had filling options. So, if you have a long day ahead of you, unsure when your next meal will be, head to breakfast and load up on eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and throw in some fruit for your nutrients! ;-)

As other reviews have indicated, the hotel could really use a renovation/updating. They have acknowledged this and it is my understanding that they hope to start that in the next year! Unsure if the renovation project will impact this but the furniture in the room could be more comfortable! Lastly, and this is extremely nit picky, my family makes fun of me, but it really disturbs me when there are hairs in the bathroom/shower upon arrival. If that could just be double checked it would go a long way in boosting confidence in the room by those with OCD!

The front desk staff was incredibly professional, approachable, patient and helpful! The household staff from mechanics and maintenance kept every area in great working order and clean! The pool was a big plus, in a great location, clean, and actually used by guests! And we cannot say enough about the breakfast staff! WOW! There was no time when there an empty dishes was found! They were both quick with the food and beverages. There was a high volume of guests partaking in the buffet and those two, were really on top of their game! Also, nice variety from day to day. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary equipment, and an ice maker in the freezer was a bonus! And a laundry room! With kids, this is so incredibly helpful!

From the website, I didn't know that the studio came with a 2-burner stovetop, which would have saved time on my pre-travel prep. Our son is autistic and I make his meals myself. If I knew that there was a stovetop, I wouldn't have to pre make the meals, just prep the components. Not a big deal, but I'll know to call and verify next time. Also, we booked late, so only able to get a studio with a pull-out couch. Not much you can do about this, but the mattress is thin like a pancake. I was more comfortable sleeping on the chaise part of the sofa than the bed. No surprise as I don't think there is such a thing as a comfortable sofa bed mattress.

Check in was easy, lovely lady at the front desk was efficient, helpful and kind. Loved that it felt warm and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed, did not hear others staying or outdoor noise. Also liked that we could walk to next door Hotel and eat at Outback restaurant. Even in the Winter the walk was was not bad. Nice selection for included breakfast.

My only disappointment was pool was closed. Had child along and was looking forward to using the pool. Unfortunately did not find this out until we located the pool and there was a sign on the door.

We paid $545 for room then we had to pay $10 per day for parking. Corporations will drain every cent from you. Most places do not charge for parking. One truck with a trailer took up 6 spots. Do they get charged $60?

It was very clean, loved the decor and the outlay of the hotel, very well put together I was very impressed. The room was a great size for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs. We had a queen suite with a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, sink, and they even provided dishes plates bowels glasses silverware and tupperware. All the kitchenware was pretty high quality stuff. Shower worked great no slow or cold water or plugged drains. 2 tvs one in living area and one in bedroom. Floors and room were very clean. I was very impressed. This is our new favorite when we travel. It was perfect. And the lounge area and breakfast was hot delicious and good quality items to choose from. Pool was a good temperature for the kids. Gym had a variety of items to choose from. No hot tub unfortunately. It was very clean and staff were friendly and informative.

Loved the room! Here to visit family and there was plenty of space for everyone to visit in the living room area without having to sit on the bed! Like a little house!

Paying for parking. That should be included with the cost but still have the room rental card with expiration date and time listed so they can tow the car if it’s just left there when not paying for a room!

Easy check in, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The two bedroom suite was spacious- each room had a private bathroom.

There’s really nothing I can think to complain about.

The location was a nice place.

Only one handicap parking by some of the back entrance doors. One handicapped vehicle was parked for two days in the designated access spot.

I had a suite that was perfect for my daughter and I. it was clean, very functional and front desk staff (Courtney) was so kind. we stayed 4 nights and Courtney knew our names. she put in effort into everything we asked for. she was wonderful.

key cards at times needed to be configured bc it wasn’t working but it wasn’t that big of a deal. easy easy fix

Friendly staff, bedroom is actually a little studio with a big fridge, microwave, stove, living room and the bed was very comfortable, closet had iron.

I can’t say anything bc it was all good for me.
