Extremely clean/organized with very helpful staff. The amenities were communicated very clearly, and the layout of the hotel itself was very organized.

One thing I think needs a boost is the continental breakfast. When we were eating this morning, our hot items were hardly warm, from what we noticed as a lack of a heating element. We did notice that two of the milk cartons left by the hard boiled eggs were 3 days expired. While the meal and experience at the buffet were decently priced and overall good, this is something that took away from our experience.

Front desk staff were very kind and helpful and provided us with amazing history on the AC Marriott Brand. Great location, the Mall of America and IKEA are less than a block away. Nice and quiet location. Did not use the bar, breakfast, or workout room as we were there for a weekend getaway and was out and about other than to sleep and prepare for the next day. Amazing restaurants nearby. There was plenty of parking in parking garage that was adjacent to the property and as well as parking on the property.. You will have to pay for parking and breakfast. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was nice and modern.

Don't do the breakfast. It's $20 after tax and tip and there is more stuff on a free hotel breakfast than there was on this one. And apparently it was extra special because it was a weekend. It was weak: two deli meats with limited quantity, three cheeses, bread, eggs, sausages, yogurt parfaits and pastries. I mean it was fine but for $20 I feel like I could have gotten something better at the restaurant next door.

The location was excellent. We did drive to the mall, but you could walk. The room was very nice. The hotel staff was friendly. The food in the hotel was great, but there were other options right outside the front door. They also provided us with a large coupon book for the mall upon check in.

Our room was right beside the elevators and the music in that area was extremely loud and at times you could hear it in the room. You do have to pay to park in the garage and it didn’t really make sense why with there obviously not being enough open spaces in front of the hotel, especially with restaurants sharing the space, & they were redoing the parking lot so most of their spots weren’t even open.

The hotel is ideally located right next to the airport and the Mall of America...there's a lot to do and see and a variety of restaurants and places to shop.

Like other reviewers, I don't like the separate fee for parking...it's just not necessary as the hotel has its own lot anyway. I also thought the bed was 'meh' for the price of the stay.

The staff at the desk were very accommodating when Booking.com did not book our rooms under the name as expected. When we arrived none of the information from Booking.com was on the hotel computer and Tracey (receptionist) was diligent and creative in ensuring we had a place to stay for 6 people.

The first receptionist informed us that they did not have our reservations. She did call other hotels, but pretty much told us we were out of luck. It wasn't until Tracey took over that they were able to find us rooms and figure out the issue.

I did not like the fact that you had to pay extra for breakfast

Room and hotel were comfortable and modern. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Bathroom was modern, liked the rainfall and also handheld shower heads. Did not love paying for parking but it was nice parking in a covered garage. Nice proximity to MOA and to jump on highway to get to other nearby places. Would definitely stay again. Restaurant next door is good.

The location of this hotel is great if you're using the airport or visiting the Mall of America. It's close to some great dining options and the staff are always friendly. The lounge area is very nice with an outdoor area, as well. They have a great signature gin & tonic.

Having to use an app to self register for parking was inconvenient.

Very clean & classy hotel. Definitely loved the ambiance of the bar and leisure area. Beautiful fitness center. Close to restaurants and bars. Beautiful rooms with a very modern design, which both my husband & I loved! Great price too!

Right by airport, can hear planes flying over! Overall, not super noticeable though.
